I liked that they were willing to sit down and explain and walk us through every step. We also liked meeting the contractor and the home is lovely and met all our expectations. We asked for a few additional touch ups with paint and minor things on our walk through and it was addressed promptly. We only had issue with not having appliances in the home were were told was part of it and the blinds as a package. This was addressed but should be more clear up front. Overall great experience and have recommended this company to the community friends and family!

This was a very easy process for us! Everyone we worked with was very knowledgeable, professional, helpful, and gracious. Never once was there a pressure put on us to purchase upgrades we didn't want, or make decisions we were not comfortable with . We were only give assistance and guidance and support.

I purchase my home 6/30 escrow closed , [name removed], [name removed] and [name removed] are very nice guys. I purchase to move from Idaho to Az a new Interstate trailer, which HOA only allowed me to park it facing desert. It got stolen ! I been experiencing scary situations. My dogs barking at the side of house ( desert) and people hiding and whispering. Is becoming very unsafe , I will get this surveys better reviews once someone really shows concern and install lighting and the Fronteta limits which is the desert, it gets extremely dark and invites criminals , all my neighbors now feel unsafe just like me.

When I first started this life changing purchase I worked with Nick. He spent hours helping me find the right home that fit my needs and even allowed me to attempt to park my full size truck into multiple garages. Unfortunately a 1/2 ton and 1 ton won't fit. Regardless Nick was amazing he eventually moved up and departed Frontera and made sure I was informed. After the purchase I was greeted by the management of the builders themselves. It was an amazing experience l, the treat you like family so much that I even invited them for a trip on the boat and beers. The of course denied my invention. This is a true family friendly company.

He has gone above and beyond whether it be a simple question or explaining in more detail or when [name removed], the warranty rep, has been unreachable. Overall our experience was saved by [name removed], we had trouble in the beginning when we were told untrue completion dates and getting warranty items completed but now everything is seems to be going better.

[name removed] is the hardest part of the whole interaction. He has messed up organizing people coming to fix things, causing me to miss work. Once things are organized and set up correctly it is a breeze. I like the app where I can make my claims as it makes things easier.
