When I first started this life changing purchase I worked with Nick. He spent hours helping me find the right home that fit my needs and even allowed me to attempt to park my full size truck into multiple garages. Unfortunately a 1/2 ton and 1 ton won't fit. Regardless Nick was amazing he eventually moved up and departed Frontera and made sure I was informed. After the purchase I was greeted by the management of the builders themselves. It was an amazing experience l, the treat you like family so much that I even invited them for a trip on the boat and beers. The of course denied my invention. This is a true family friendly company.

I like it when New [name removed] Co. has houses within my income range and easy to work with. I also like that the representatives have been very helpful and available. I dislike the title company New [name removed] Co. is working with. The lady doing my title was careless and inattentive.

He has gone above and beyond whether it be a simple question or explaining in more detail or when [name removed], the warranty rep, has been unreachable. Overall our experience was saved by [name removed], we had trouble in the beginning when we were told untrue completion dates and getting warranty items completed but now everything is seems to be going better.

It took a while...but the dust was finally kept in check behind my home where the new roads were being constructed...It was so terrible we tasted and breathed it for several months.

The dust from heavy equipment digging behind me is making it hard to breathe... They need to always habe the water truck there... sometimes they don't.

[name removed] is the hardest part of the whole interaction. He has messed up organizing people coming to fix things, causing me to miss work. Once things are organized and set up correctly it is a breeze. I like the app where I can make my claims as it makes things easier.

I LOVE THIS Company! Jeff made us feel very welcomed and took the time to show us the homes, and Tommy & Joseph were also amazing to work with during the final walk thru at closing, and afterwards answered all our questions, super helpful kind and friendly, they went above and beyond!

We loved that Tommy took us through the phases of construction. He was thorough and informative, giving me the confidence to continue on with the project. Tyler and Joseph have been available every step of the way, even after turning the keys over. Their response to a couple minor incidences was prompt and complete. The support of all three on our special day was much appreciated. They have shown professionalism since day one.

The construction manager (Tommy) and his team (Joseph and Tyler) are GREAT! Even after closing, they’ve been super helpful. Warranty guy (Edgar) had everything I requested fixed during the first 30 days and worked with my schedule.

My experience with the General Contractor, Tommy, was amazing from the start of the process until the end. In fact, The only smooth part of this experience was working with Tommy, as he communicated all steps of the build and where he was at in the process the moment an update was available. His crew of employees Tyler and Joseph also kept me up to date quite frequently and any time I was visiting the house, they stopped by and took the time to explain where the build was at in its process and what I should expect to come. Tommy, Tyler, and Joseph have changed my expectations of what a home building experience should be with their above and beyond customer service. I am very much appreciative of all they have done.
