I need to talk to someone about our house. The stucco has a hole in it and the paint is washing off. I have contacted Andrea from Landsea homes and she said we have appointment with someone (never has she told us who) that she made a appointment with. They never showed up. Not much to like. Everything is difficult to deal with. haven’t heard anything about my one year inspection even though its been over a year. Multiple issues found with house but no faith in anyone coming to fix it and fix it properly.

As a new home buyer, I still dont know how the process works. I know with other builders, customer care reaches out to check in the homeowners and warranty items. We havent had any of that. We have a list of items that need to be fixed and not sure how to go about it.

I DON’T like #1. That I’m having trouble with the flooring THROUGHOUT the SECOND floor CREAKING and making SQUEAKING NOISE EVERYTIME you walk, and was informed during walk through with Forman was normal but later find out the joists/subfloor wasn’t installed correctly. Then since I had the carpet replaced with GOOD carpet, I have to FOOT THE BILL AND PAY SOMEONE TO COME pull up the carpet and reinstall it WITH NO COMPENSATION from Landsea Homes. I DON’T like #2. That the ENTIRE driveway is CRACKED in ALL the stress crack areas and it’s only 6months old and there is CRACKING in the concrete of the FRONT entryway patio ALREADY. I DON’T like #3. The front Entry door DOESNT CLOSE/SEAL properly. I DON’T like #4. ALL the places on the exterior stucco where we taped never was painted and because of the house color being Gray, the stucco patch blends in until it rains and you have DARK PATCHES ALL OVER THE OUTSIDE STUCCO where they patched and never painted. I DON’T like #5. In the SECOND floor bathroom the medicine cabinet wasn’t installed correctly and needs to be reinstalled properly. I DON’T like #6. That the artificial turf from the landscaping package WASN'T installed properly and Landsea Homes had the landscaping people come and they took it up and just put it back down and it’s STILL FLATTENED IN AN ENTIRE LINE STRAIGHT ACROSS THE TURF. I have had to take care of other NUMEROUS items MYSELF from cracking walls above doors upstairs to adjusting doors upstairs that didn’t close to bathroom drains not installed correctly and had to replace. Towels racks weren’t installed properly and had to be reinstalled. The entryway to the master bathroom is all crooked, It looks like ALOT of SHOTTY WORKMANSHIP was put into my home and to top it off I got REALLY SOUR with LandSea Homes when they WOULDNT REIMBURSE TO TAKE UP THE CARPET AND REINSTALL IT, DEFINITELY NOT right! The customer service is SEVERELY LACKING and under these circumstances I would probably NOT buy another Landsea product

Everyone we worked with on the team was very welcoming, and exceeded our expectations. The home is built sturdy and with quality materials. The area overall is well kept. We don't really have much to complain about. We just wish we would have been able to get the backyard landscaped before moving in. Even if it were just rocks. We're still working on that aspect.

I’ve had multiple issues that were difficult to get it fixed. In about 6 months if living in a new built house , the amount of things that have been broken that we had to fix is insane . I’m starting to think if in 6 months that many thing are broken , what about 3-4 years later ??? Very disappointed and I regret buying this home .

Over a year since moving in and still have outstanding items which were identified prior to closing…the trades that come out to “fix” stuff end up typically making things worse or creating huge messes that I am stuck cleaning up.

Contract and purchase was Excellent, everyone was great from the sales representatives to the Landsea Mortgage and the foreman. I am a little CONCERNED about the floors upstairs constantly creaking in certain areas upstairs it’s worse than others

There was nothing about the process that I didn't like honestly. It was easy. It was exciting! I have had great service from everyone and the walk through and follow up with Superintendent Scott Matyniak exceeded my expectations. He was prompt and professional and made me feel like my home and my experience really mattered. He made me feel confident in the process and that future repairs will be handled the same way. The home has some great features. My only issue would be the quality of the cabinets and baseboards/trim. I wish that was more durable. I have really enjoyed my new home so far. The Citrus floor plan is fantastic!

Everything has been unsatisfactory!!! Everything has been half assed from day one… the superintendent has never once walked my house after trades have performed their half assed work… beyond frustrated with the most recent events regarding a main water shut off valve that is suppose to be inside the water meter box not outside of it with own separate 4” valve box and the 2 foot deep hole never got compacted and my landscape rock returned like it was prior to be showing up! In addition I was never contacted that they were on my property trespassing before this work was performed! That is unacceptable!!! Zero response to phone calls or emails and including upper management!

As a first time homebuyer, I wish they had a welcome packet, explaining everything that they did during the walk-throughs and a simple list of contacts and numbers for warranties, issues and emergencies, and utilities, companies, and services. Overall, the whole homebuying process was pretty easy with people helping me through every step, but it was a lot of different people contacting me making it a little difficult to track everything. I am satisfied with my home. 9/10
