Everyone in the sales office was transparent and very helpful during the contract period. The lenders were great and all parties were available to answer questions at anytime. New Home Co made this experience very easy, especially being a first time home buyer. I would definitely recommend New Home Co to anybody looking to purchase a new construction home!
