The house was built to standard and when the 1 warranty was about to expire [name removed] reached out through a warranty rep and helped me find anything that may need to be fixed and was able to get crews out within a week or two to get what little was needed fixed

I disliked working with [name removed] the sales rep. I feel he was dishonest about time lines and when the home would be completed resulting in an extra 8k of housing my wife and I had to spend. I dislike the lack of flexibility presented by landsea during the building process. I dislike the home warranty rep [name removed] I was working with and the insulation company landsea is using. I dislike the lack of proper measuring of insulation at time of construction in the attic by the builder contractor. I HATE the color of my kitchen that I was not allowed to change. Changing the color of the kitchen has cost me an additional 3.3k. In total, landsea has cost me 11.3k extra for making my house A. When they said they would and B. Making my house the way I want it.

I liked the initial process of home purchase. Everyone was great and communicative and it was a pretty painless process, which is huge considering. I had a huge amount of trouble with my faucets and warranty was hard to work with towards the end. This was a huge pain and the issue was never solved by warranty. Major downside of going with [name removed].

I had to fight for things that should have been done without me having to fight like getting excess concrete footing removed, water lines in the attic fixed, unpainted wood in the kitchen painted and joints in the trim in the kitchen that you refused to caulk. Everyone I dealt with was respectful and for the most part responsive.

Nothing bad so far! The only issue is the access gate to the backyard has a lot of loose anchor bolts. Easy fix though I think.

My issue is that when i purchase a $500,000 my expectations are to have a home build with great quality, and i understand that there would be some little issues, here and there, but we been finding issues with our new home, left and right, like hime was build fast and lazyness, with no care how it come out. In over all im am so dissatisfide with my purchase, and at tjis moment i feel like i should have whent somewhere else and purchased a new home.

Small things such as two light outlets in the laundry room one close to the garage and the other one by the hallway bathroom. My other house had this and now I miss it so much!

The sheet rockers are absolutely horrible. Whoever did the sheet rocking needs to come back and do it again their spaces and gaps nothing is square. There’s waves throughout the walls the carpeting I had people come in, but you guys did nothing about it. There is a seem right in the middle of the bedroom and you guys can see it and nobody has done anything about it. I have a foundation there’s light coming through my front door. Looks like my custom sliding door in the back is starting to fog over

The quality of paint within the house is horrible. It's very thin. If you go to wipe it off it just rubs off down of the drywall over all. The house is very nice but you definitely want to work on the paint quality or the type of paint or how much paint they're putting on. It is very bad. I really should just repaint the whole inside

I needed the warranty service for a leak in the attic due to a defective HVAC condensate pan leaking, through the ceiling drywall. [name removed] was assigned my case and she was professional, responsive and provided excellent customer service.

There were some things I felt should have been done that were not done and some things got done only because I had to fight hard to get them done. Every person I have dealt with from start to finish has been very friendly and responsive to my texts!
