No one knows more about a homebuilder's quality and service than the builder's customers.

Since 1984, Eliant has been independently evaluating the performance of homebuilders across the U.S., Canada, and the Middle East:

  • We ask recent homebuyers to evaluate their builder's purchase process.
  • Then, we ask homeowners to evaluate their builder's quality and service (1) after the first 5-months in the home, and (2) again at the end of the first year.

I appreciated the reps responding to me quickly when I had a question. Glad you had docusign since I lived in another town. Money transfer was done without a hitch! Everyone was pleasant to work with. I didn't like the fact that I could not upgrade the carpets to the color I like, the density or the pad thickness.

Everything was pretty easy and straightforward. [name removed] was able to clarify everything before signing and made it as easy as possible, [name removed] was always available for any questions I had throughout the loan process and even just checked in on occasion to make sure I wasn’t worried. [name removed] thoroughly went through all the features of my home with me and let me know he’s always available in case anything breaks down.

I really like the process. It was so smooth. They were so cooperating and helpful throughout the process whenever I had any questions, they always reply me very soon specially [name removed], the loan lady. She was just awesome the way she helped with each and every question made me very smooth and heaven to buy the house from Risewell. [name removed] was equally a lovely lady. She was so quick to reply. Recently we had a few issues in our home and I emailed her and within like few minutes she replied me back, and however, I have opened the tickets on the official site, but she was like so knowledgeable so good to talk so positive.

There was a significant discrepancy with my final loan estimate that greatly differed from my initial loan estimate. While the lender did resolve the issue swiftly, it was concerning that such a discrepancy was overlooked before sending it to me to sign.

Our purchase experience was excellent. One of the best part of this journey was the exceptional customer service provided by the team. [name removed] in Sales was outstanding—she was knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely care about us throughout the entire process. She made sure all of our questions were answered and helped make what can be a stressful experience feel smooth and overall exciting. [name removed] was ultimately the reason why we chose [name removed] over other competitors due to her outstanding customer service. [name removed] from Customer Care was also fantastic to work with. She was dedicated and responsive to ensuring any of our questions or issues were handled promptly. Her follow-through and commitment to customer satisfaction made us feel valued even after closing. [name removed] was easygoing, fun to work with, and made us feel at home. [name removed] from Customer Care also was able to step in and assist during our final walk through. He took his time to check-in with us and made sure all our concerns were addressed. The Customer Care team is outstanding. [name removed], the Superintendent, also demonstrated great attention to detail and stopped by multiple times to check-in with us to address any of our concerns. His professionalism and commitment to delivering a quality home were evident from start to finish. What we liked most about the experience was how customer-driven and attentive everyone was. The team consistently went above and beyond to make sure we felt informed, supported, and confident throughout the process. We honestly have very few complaints, and any minor concerns were addressed quickly and professionally. Our only hiccup during this process was not being able to allow our third party inspector to use a ladder which required us to push the third party inspection after closing. Overall, the experience exceeded all of our expectations and we are grateful for the outstanding service provided by [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], and [name removed]. They are the best team for new home buyers to be working with!!!
