The circuit system at the backward makes a lot of noise during the day and at night. It’s so annoying and my bathroom side wall is linking. The master bathroom mirror is cracked.

As our case had been little complicated with the processing , [name removed] the manager of New homes , she was by our side giving a hope and energy whenever there was an issue . It was 3 months long processing , where there was a point we almost lost the hope . But I am grateful for all the team of New Homes for making this dream happen . Thank you so much .

The way some things are fixed. If I had known the quality of work for some issues beforehand, I wouldve just fixed it myself.

Many issues from the beginning of move in and now that have not been resolved. Paying HOA each month and not seeing what our money is going towards. For example, majority of neighbors front yards are filled with weeds. We continue to have issues with our house that have come to look at, but still not fixed.

Is been over a month since last time [name removed] check some items in our home that needs to be take care and nothing happen . No body show up or a phone call from [name removed] . Warranty experience is been bad , me and my wife love our home is just bad experience with customer care . I hope some one look in to this and get us a answer.

Hi there.. First and foremost it starts off with Ryan and Kristin great sales representatives for the Long Meadows company both sale representatives were warm and welcoming when anybody walk through the doors of the long meadows homes! Kristen was our go to person from the get go! and ray I was very grateful to have her be our guide all the way she a great person ! Ray and I have been shopping around the area here in the Elk Grove area we started looking first here at long meadow homes then started shopping around and then ended back here at the long meadow and ended up purchasing only because of Kristen who showed us the property and basically stuck with us to the end and helped us through the entire process.. she is a beautiful person , caring , answered all question we had and overall made us fill comfortable purchasing a home especially being first time homebuyers. and I definitely have to mentioned the team they were totally awesome. In fact a lot of us here have talked and we all feel the same way about long meadows beautiful homes and the best experience ever from the beginning to the end. Ray and I want thank you one more time for our beautiful home again .

We had a great experience with our recent home purchase. The Ryan and Kristin were incredibly communicative, always reachable, and accommodating to our requests. They provided regular updates and worked closely with other teams to ensure everything stayed on track. While there was a minor delay in communications with the lender, Ryan and Kristin quickly stepped in to help resolve the issue and keep things moving. During our walk-throughs, Dave and his team were attentive to detail and made sure any necessary repairs were completed before our move-in date. We truly appreciated their support and professionalism throughout the process.

Was not impressed with the loan partner. Quality of home was not on par with what I expected, especially electrical work. Lose wiring, bracket defects, bathroom vent buttons not working just to name a few

The part that I did not like was the EVO Package, it is misleading in the first place, no explanation whatsoever actually the standard lighting/switches that comes with the house is an upgrade in my perspective, the smart switches are a downgrade, I will not recommend it. Second, the EVO package and the [name removed] Power should be paid separately and not added in the Mortgage because, I myself could have paid for it cash or separately than added in the total of the property incurring interest. So far, for Customer service from [name removed], she is meeting our expectation as she is replying to emails promptly, for [name removed] and [name removed], they are both wonderful. They have been very helpful . As for the quality of the house , it is too soon to say yet but I can tell that Insulation is different from the model house, in the model house, you can barely hear the car noise from the road, that sold me out actually thus the purchase of our home despite knowing that high risk of noise but I can tell that Insulation is by far lower despite the home distance from the roadway.
