Everything was a seamless experience. Nick and Sylma were wonderful to work with and communicated every step clearly and updated us regularly. They did not hesitate to assist or provide clarity on a questions we had. Now that we are settled into our home, I am finding that the other points of contact such as John and Will are also great resources and super helpful. Essentially from the start and until now our experience has been great- consistent level of service and care so it really feels that New Home Co’s commitment to homeowners goes beyond the sale.

Our broker, Katrina was wonderful. It was great to pick our interior features, lot and plan. We had many questions and she guided us easily. Our mortgage person, Sylvia, was not good. She was inefficient, forgetful, unprepared and made getting the loan arduous.

My favorite part of buying this house was the sales team’s friendliness. We visited the home many times before deciding, and they always welcomed us warmly. What I disliked was the contract process. As a cash buyer, I was told we had only 24 hours to review the contract and still cancel without losing our deposit. That time frame felt unfair, not transparent, and put too much pressure on the customer.

Like: Design packages for options made buying process easy. Felt like used quality items. Everyone seemed happy and delightful to talk to from sales agent to foreman (construction supervisor) Dislike: Had to jump through hoops for inspection. Couldn’t add customer specific customization or additions.

MY WORST EXPRENCE WAS THEY CHANGE THE CLOSING DATE AFTER THE CONTRACT IS SIGNED, AND NOTICIFICATION THE NEW CLOSING DATE WITHNOT COMMUNICATION.
