Dealing with the loan processor was the biggest headache throughout the entire process. There was minimal communication from their end after the initial contact, we had to reach out consistently to make sure we met specific deadlines, or if we submitted everything appropriately, even on the day of closing. They wouldn't return calls, emails, or messages in timely manners. We were literally reaching out throughout the entire process and following up constantly to see if we needed additional documents. There was misspellings throughout documents that we had to correct multiple times. It was very disorganized from that aspect, and it made the process of closing very uneasy and extremely unsettling. The home itself has been amazing. The builders, the sales representatives, everything else has been great. They were extremely accommodating considering it was difficult for us to be physically present for specific dates, but they made things possible for us. Dealing with the preferred lender was only the negative part about the experience.

We’ve noticed that repairs and concerns are not being addressed promptly. We were also promised a one-year bumper-to-bumper warranty during the sales process, but it now feels as though that commitment is not being upheld.

We enjoyed the model home that was so equipped in which gave us ideas and In vision our future home. The structure of the house did it for us from all rooms with walk in closet to a third car garage and especially the multi generation rooms.

This is our third new home purchase. Compared to Brookfield and Lennar. The customer service, ability to provide resolution to our questions, and the included appliances is falling short. All the other homes have a refrigerator, dishwasher and smart switches included. The Decko appears too much of a gimmick with little value other than aesthetics. The continuous repetitiveness of guiding the sales associate through the purchase, and the constant lacking answer to our questions made it difficult. The service of post purchase has been great and the associate is communicative
