The construction of the home from design to finish walk-through was absolutely great those remarkable no issues no problems. Everything was resolved. The only problem we have was Lender side took too long and needed to reschedule I’m absurd amount of times. So far everything is well Ramona did a fantastic job. Jake has done him. Amazing job as well.

I was truly impressed with all aspects of my purchase. My realtor was great, and the staff, especially Josh, he was the person that made this so easy and smooth. Josh showed me the home, he didn’t try to sell me the house, he allowed me to e the time and space to become connected to the house. He was patient and tolerant of my anxiety, after I decided this was the house for me, he allowed me to come inside the house, but he also allowed me to sit with the back yard. Jordan has also been exceptional, showing me the functions of the house exceptional, I am still not comfortable with the house, Jake is polite and very knowledgeable

Our builder — Jake — has been extraordinary in making sure that the home my wife actually becomes a home. Any little detail that we missed during walkthroughs or things that have come up, he is always there to fix it and check up on us. It’s taken a tremendous stress off of my wife and I knowing that we have a builder who cares about building homes not just houses. Just from this experience, I cannot recommend New Home Co enough. This has been the best experience I’ve ever had with new construction.

What we liked the most (after the beautiful house you guys built of course) is all the attention we received from the whole team. From sales representatives to home builders, we have nothing but good things to say. Ramona was incredible and made this process seamless. Jake has been of tremendous help in this whole process and always goes above and beyond to make sure any issues or questions we are having get addressed right away.
