1.Unfortunately the water pipe started leaking and we had to repair it ourselves at a cost of $300. 2.The address on the Sunrun account [name removed] ALTYN DRIVE, [name removed], CA, 92880 doesn't not match the address on the SCE account because there is a unit/lot number. I have never used solar energy before, what should I do?

The staff was friendly and respectful to me and are quick to address problems in my house. However , I would prefer a simplify paper work of reporting problems in my house.

Jesse Pedroza made the move-in experience smooth, enjoyable, and educational. You can tell that he has several years of experience in residential development and has a flair for customer service. He has a very good attitude, kind demeanor, and is very patient, answering all of our questions. New Home should consider him an invaluable asset. Although there were some miscommunication regarding the timing of the closing, everything was resolved and ultimately the closing went smoothly.

The sales manager Steven made us feel comfortable in the process and the field staff are very helpful in responding to my request for items to be repaird ( punchlist items ) .
