No one knows more about a homebuilder's quality and service than the builder's customers.

Since 1984, Eliant has been independently evaluating the performance of homebuilders across the U.S., Canada, and the Middle East:

  • We ask recent homebuyers to evaluate their builder's purchase process.
  • Then, we ask homeowners to evaluate their builder's quality and service (1) after the first 5-months in the home, and (2) again at the end of the first year.

The buying process was excellent from top to bottom. The walk-through was not as informative as we thought it would be, we were left with many questions, such as, how to set-up appliances, door lock, etc.

I love this layout the most and like this Interior design and decorations. What I didn’t satisfy was the builder didn’t provide any lender. That makes hard to make decision to purchase this property.

I actually LOVED the process. Despite other parts of home purchase may have been difficult and annoying, at least what Risewell assisted and executed was a breeze.

The lending was a nightmare. With hindsight, I would've have went with a lender/bank that I've had previous home/rental property loans as working with Universal Lending was very unpleasant. The amount of hoops I had to jump through was uncalled for; and even now 3 weeks after closing I am still being pestered via email for more information.

I liked how the sales rep ([name removed]) was very friendly and listened to what we were looking for and showed us some houses that he felt fit our needs/wants. He also helped us get a little bit more of a discount on our home making it just even a little bit more readable to buy
