No one knows more about a homebuilder's quality and service than the builder's customers.

Since 1984, Eliant has been independently evaluating the performance of homebuilders across the U.S., Canada, and the Middle East:

  • We ask recent homebuyers to evaluate their builder's purchase process.
  • Then, we ask homeowners to evaluate their builder's quality and service (1) after the first 5-months in the home, and (2) again at the end of the first year.

I had a very positive overall experience with [name removed] and would especially like to recognize [name removed] and [name removed]. They were incredibly helpful throughout the escrow process and always took the time to answer my questions. As a first-time homebuyer navigating the process without a realtor, their support made a significant difference and was greatly appreciated. My experience with [name removed], however, was less positive. While he ultimately helped address most of the issues identified during my inspection, I often felt that his communication style was impatient and, at times, unprofessional. As a first-time homebuyer, I naturally had many questions during the inspection process and relied heavily on [name removed]'s team for guidance. When I raised concerns from a third-party inspection report and requested clarification or repairs, I felt that [name removed] became defensive and questioned why I was "pushing so hard." He also commented that these were production homes built in approximately 120 days, which left me feeling as though my concerns were being dismissed and that I should simply accept the issues as they were. I fully understand that these are production homes, and looking back, some of my questions may have stemmed from a lack of experience and uncertainty about what is normal versus what should be addressed. However, rather than patiently explaining those distinctions, I felt that my concerns were met with a dismissive and aggressive tone, which I found disappointing. Aside from my interactions with [name removed], my experience with [name removed] was excellent from contract signing through move-in. I am very happy with my home and grateful for the support provided by the rest of the team.

Even after closing, I can easily reach out to them with any questions, which I really appreciate. I also enjoyed working with [name removed]. Overall, the team made the experience smooth, welcoming, and enjoyable from contract through move-in.
