No one knows more about a homebuilder's quality and service than the builder's customers.

Since 1984, Eliant has been independently evaluating the performance of homebuilders across the U.S., Canada, and the Middle East:

  • We ask recent homebuyers to evaluate their builder's purchase process.
  • Then, we ask homeowners to evaluate their builder's quality and service (1) after the first 5-months in the home, and (2) again at the end of the first year.

The Receiving was bad, the communication is not satisfactory, any info asked, it was always redirected to pdf's or vendor sites, needs to improve a lot in communication.

Everything went smooth although there were some hiccups during the process.However, the team lead by [name removed] and other team members did a superb job in making sure that my family and I get our dream house.The experience was very special for me and my family because this is our first house in the US.The move-in was also smooth sailing. After ESCROW was settled 02/10/2026 keys to the house were turned over the very same day. I would highly recommend Risewell Homes to family members, friends, and acquaintances.
