No one knows more about a homebuilder's quality and service than the builder's customers.

Since 1984, Eliant has been independently evaluating the performance of homebuilders across the U.S., Canada, and the Middle East:

  • We ask recent homebuyers to evaluate their builder's purchase process.
  • Then, we ask homeowners to evaluate their builder's quality and service (1) after the first 5-months in the home, and (2) again at the end of the first year.

What we disliked was all the online documentation that needed signing and not being able to ask anyone for clarification on any item at that time. We still prefer the signing of the documents with a real person.

Solar issues. Solar didn't work after two follow up visits. After the third visit a month later the battery motherboard was replaced and it is now working.

Issue with the AC when we moved in. The electric heat strips were tuning in every time the AC turned on. My first electric bill is extremely high but [name removed] assured me that after submitting the first 3 months bills that risewell would take care of me if it is indeed way higher as I suspect.

Sales, Escrow team were great. I only had issues with the lending team, but they ended up working out, and I received the keys after contacting management, who really took care of the problem.

Our fridge did not work properly (twice) and some of the appliances had expired warranty when they told us we had a year. What I did like, is the area and location of our home. It is a lovely location for a started home as a new family.
