No one knows more about a homebuilder's quality and service than the builder's customers.

Since 1984, Eliant has been independently evaluating the performance of homebuilders across the U.S., Canada, and the Middle East:

  • We ask recent homebuyers to evaluate their builder's purchase process.
  • Then, we ask homeowners to evaluate their builder's quality and service (1) after the first 5-months in the home, and (2) again at the end of the first year.

The lack of communication with the office was stressful at times. The communication amongst the sales people as well as the buyer can be improved.I recently was going to walk into the office as I had a question and as I was walking to the door, the woman locked the door, turned around and went back to her desk. She saw me coming, but didn’t bother to ask if I needed something which I did. Although, [name removed] was very helpful and I have contacted him a couple times since the purchase and he is very responsive! He always has the answer and if he doesn’t he will find out! My Loan Officer [name removed] was also really great! Both of these gentlemen went above and beyond to assist with the close of my home.

[name removed], her team and [name removed] worker like crazy to get us in by the end of the year so we could get the year end deals and get in on the date our movers were available. [name removed] literally worked day and night keeping in contact with us. [name removed] was so helpful and quick and able to help speed things along when I thought it was impossible to close in time. We were so worried and she made it happen! The rest of the team was also so patient with me relaying my questions and calls to her during escrow. Everyone was really kind and helpful and made us feel welcome before we even had the house. We are so thankful [name removed] helped get us the furniture in the house too. [name removed] has been really great as well! He’s so friendly and knowledgeable. He gives great advice . We trust him and his team and know they’ll solve any issues we have. He really did all the work during the walk though, he has a great eye. Thank you wonderful team, we’re so happy here!

From contract signing through move-in, I genuinely appreciated how smooth and stress-free Risewell Homes made the entire process. Everyone I worked with was incredibly welcoming and personable, which made what can typically be a stressful experience feel much more manageable. The team was consistently easy to work with, professional yet approachable, and seemed genuinely invested in making sure I was comfortable and informed every step of the way. The communication throughout the process was excellent – from updates on construction progress to scheduling walkthroughs and coordinating the closing. I felt supported from start to finish, and it's clear that Risewell Homes prioritizes the customer experience. I honestly can't point to anything I disliked about the process.
