staffs are very nice, but house and decoration is very bad, I raise many tickes relate to electrical, garage door, water hieater and refregirator in the first year. some of them replace with key componment and some of them can't be fixed leading me doubt the quality and how long those appliance can last.

I like the community, it's nicely planned, but the build quality of the home itself and the appliances feel kind of mediocre. But the biggest drawbacks for me are the solar system (feels like a total sham with three different companies involved and making no change in the utility bills) and the HOA. The HOA fee is very high to begin with, and on top they introduced another third party to administer weird parking rules. According to them, all the parking within the community are for the guests, not for the residents who pay such high fees. Really? Did Risewell really thinks that there should be that many guests living in the community everyday?! On top of that, now the cars need to be "registered" by paying additional fees to park the even inside my own garage!!! We were actually planning on upgrading to another home within the community in the future, but that seems unlikely now. Couple of my friends and colleagues were also showing interests, but backed off after hearing my experience with the solar and the HOA. Frankly, I would love the referral bonus, but couldn't hide those from them since I value my relationship with them than some bonus :(

I disliked that everyone was very busy and not too available to answer our initial questions. We did all of the research on our own then reached out when we were ready to schedule tours. Also, we can hear allot of noise between the walls and up/down stairs. The paint quality could be better. We feel we will have to invest money down long term down the line to maintain the home.

The model homes were open and available to look through without pressure. The main lobby / office area was clean. The employees / agents I encountered there were professional and seemed to give thorough answers to my questions. [name removed] was very helpful in doing the walk through and final showing of the house - taking his time to make sure I understood every detail and was personable throughout our interactions.

I liked the friendly and responsive sales team—they made the process feel personal and supportive, like working with family. What I disliked most was the inflexible customization options for finishes, which limited our choices more than expected. Overall, a positive experience with room for improvement.

The process was quick. There was a hiccup with my credit at one point, however it was resolved and we were able to close without any more hiccups. Thank you again for making the process so easy especially for myself being a first time homebuyer.

So far the service requests that are outstanding have not been met and we are eager to resolve the issues. Also would like to have easier communication with HOA to discuss any issues such as pool key fob.
