My purchase was without issue, my only complaints are the that I was told this community was in the Park view school zone, which was one of the main selling points. It is not and will not be. I should have purchased in the New Haven community. I am paying melaroo by thousands extra, and my child can’t even go to school where the money is going for benefits and resources. The office staff still markets as in the Parkview and now NewHaven school zone. My friend came here to purchase and I informed her those were lies. She decided to go elsewhere.

The circular island in the middle of the intersection creates an inconvenience when turning into our property. It forces cars to take awkward routes and often requires waiting for traffic to clear to enter safely. Additionally, the area is not well-maintained and does not add any value. Removing it would greatly improve traffic flow and accessibility.

Everything. Everybody from [name removed] made multiple mistakes in the process, which made the process substantially more difficult and anxious for a forst time buyer like me. This includes the sales agent, loan people, solar people, I dont believe any of them performed an average job.

I want to share my appreciation for the outstanding service provided by [name removed] from customer service. He has been absolutely amazing—always on top of every issue and consistently providing prompt and accurate responses. We experienced a defective fixed window that shattered in the middle of the night. I submitted a work order around 1:00 AM, and to my surprise, [name removed] called me early the next morning and even visited in person to examine the issue and ensure our safety. He made himself readily available, worked diligently behind the scenes, and followed up daily to keep us updated. Thanks to his efforts, a new window was installed within just 10 days. I’m extremely impressed by his professionalism and dedication. While I understand that even brand new homes can have issues, the level of service [name removed] provided was truly phenomenal. His commitment turned a stressful situation into a reassuring experience.

We enjoyed the process overall, what made us uneasy was the quick turnaround for move in to take advantage of certain incentives. We understand why, but at times it was hard to make confident decisions because everything needed a response or signature ASAP. AKA there was no time to investigate if we could get a loan to cover solar or or understand PMI better. Stuff like that. But want to stress we are still very happy as of this writing.

Everything was smooth and sound from pre-approval to closing. Landsea and all of its team members did their job and made sure everything was accommodated and explained to us from start to end. Shoutout to Rebecca Cochran and Niko B of the Landsea team for making our home purchase an exciting and wonderful experience. Lastly, credits due to Jack and Jacob of the home management team for accommodating and committing to all our requests with very prompt responses and quick turn around time!
