My Home Advisor Chad Baker has been a top-notch service advisor, would not be happy with New Home Co. without him. He always there when I need him for every single thing that we found out deficient of our new home, he completed and fixed it with flying colors.

Need some frequent communications as i was not informed a firm closing data untill 15 days before close and had to rush on my loan process to meet the company Year end close target. Also the final walk though was not so convenient as they only offered 1 slot and was informed only 3 days early.

New Home service is very good. The house design is very good and made the life easy. But has some small quality problems. Like cracks on the exterior walls. But it is minor.

The house is beautiful! Well built. The only problem is the AC, it does not work properly. The setting on it is off and air disperse unevenly throughout the house. The air vent downstairs is always on and it’s loud. Also the stairs it’s very shaky and not stable when you hold the railings. Other than that, everything in the house is nice.

Everything is good. couple of small things, There should have been tool to simulate how the house looks with all the add-ons that were proposed or recommended and also the ones we have chosen. Having a simulation would have made us choose better options. The representative who helped us is good but she could do what she could do. You definitely need a simulation product.
