The lack of hired security while still being a developed community under the responsibility of the developer. It's resulted in crime in our neighborhood

The experience has been good so far as long as I am on it and reminding people of my requests. Sometimes, the companies it has been assigned to has taken up to 2 months to fulfill the request.

The service has been easy to use, they are very responsive and quick to fix things that make sense. Makes the transition very smooth. I have only had one issue unresolved so far which was the kitchen island, but in the grander scope it's very minor.

I dislike the electrical issues, but they seem to be okay for the moment. During warranty inspection it was mentioned that the cover on the box is too small and some of the wires are bundled into one port. I am also disappointed that nobody came to fix the driveway and... that within 8 months the kitchen island started to come apart. Cabinet doors, button on the disposal, etc. I had requested someone, but maybe I missed them?? We talked about the guy [name removed] in the beginning, I'm happy to have been able to make my payments on time, but he made this experience a struggle for me financially. I'm still trying to recover.

Items were an after thought: acess out of our backyard, stairs in the backyards that take up usable space, and vent leading to our microwave blows outside dirt.
