We enjoy the privacy and most of the amenities but wished we had a gym to go to after work. We’ve been told that it’s a possibility but not guaranteed. If there’s anyway to make it happen our experience would be complete.

The experience has been good so far as long as I am on it and reminding people of my requests. Sometimes, the companies it has been assigned to has taken up to 2 months to fulfill the request.

We enjoyed the experience in working with [name removed] as he made us feel like family throughout the entire purchase process. While this is not a purchase experience issue, our house does not have direct access to the backyard from the commonplace in front of the house forcing us to go through the neighbor's backyard to get to our own backyard with outdoor equipment that cannot fit through our main front door. Huge oversight on [name removed] Homes' end and [name removed] is not allowing any modification of the brick wall that is adjacent to the major street to allow for backyard access.

The service has been easy to use, they are very responsive and quick to fix things that make sense. Makes the transition very smooth. I have only had one issue unresolved so far which was the kitchen island, but in the grander scope it's very minor.

I dislike the electrical issues, but they seem to be okay for the moment. During warranty inspection it was mentioned that the cover on the box is too small and some of the wires are bundled into one port. I am also disappointed that nobody came to fix the driveway and... that within 8 months the kitchen island started to come apart. Cabinet doors, button on the disposal, etc. I had requested someone, but maybe I missed them?? We talked about the guy [name removed] in the beginning, I'm happy to have been able to make my payments on time, but he made this experience a struggle for me financially. I'm still trying to recover.
