Everything went smooth although there were some hiccups during the process.However, the team lead by [name removed] and other team members did a superb job in making sure that my family and I get our dream house.The experience was very special for me and my family because this is our first house in the US.The move-in was also smooth sailing. After ESCROW was settled 02/10/2026 keys to the house were turned over the very same day. I would highly recommend Risewell Homes to family members, friends, and acquaintances.

Everyone was extremely friendly and went out of their way to help. The front desk agents were great in facilitating the purchase and the final walkthru representative was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
