The quality of the inside paint is poor. It's very thin, and peels when cleaned with a wet cloth. We can hear when the neighbor closes/opens front door, cause a slight shaking on wall. Electricity flickers when sprinklers turn on at night. No street cleaning service, causing trash and debris. Landscaping around complex is not well maintained. Plants are not watered, causing a lot of plant dryness.
