I love the layout of my home. I didn’t like how disorganized things are. I am still having issues with Amazon and mailbox issues, they won’t use the hub . How to open the doors. When I was buying and had to bring paperwork it was not handled well. When I was issued my keys the person [name removed] who didn’t sell me the place, was not sure how things worked, she didn’t [name removed] to my condo, I didn’t feel special or important. It was like here you go! Thanks bye. I was very upset. The only person I feel that has been very accommodating is [name removed]. He has done the walk through, if I have a question about the solar system he will answer my text ect. He is always professional, and gets back to me promptly with an answer.

The deal you got was incredible, and your dedication really showed through every step. You’re absolutely the best! And big shout-out to [name removed] and the builder team — [name removed], [name removed], and [name removed] — for fixing everything in record time and making sure the condo was perfect before move-in. I couldn’t have asked for a better team. You guys are awesome! Unfortunately, my experience with [name removed] was not as positive. His involvement seemed minimal, and I didn’t feel supported by him during the process of acquiring the condo.

WiFi not connecting to my garage, not having a trash shoot makes the hallways smell like garbage because you have to carry it into your garage. Also, the HOA hasn’t fixed the door with my phone , so I have been having to let guest in by going up and down the stairs

[name removed] was excellent. He answered all my questions thoroughly, took the time to explain concepts in detail when I needed clarification, and responded promptly to all my inquiries. [name removed] in the office was excellent, helping with all my paperwork. The original guy who showed me the unit was on vacation several times when I had questions about paperwork to turn in. This was VERY frustrating for me; he didn't even give me the keys, a different girl in the office did. To this day, I don't know how to let my guest in using my phone; I have to ask my neighbors how to get apps downloaded ect. Several of the QRS codes did not work. The Amazon lockers do not work (Amazon does not use them). At my friend's complex, Amazon uses them. Sometimes my things do NOT get delivered, I have to pay a premium upgrade for UPS so they will open my garage and leave the packages in the garage, not even the front door. However, [name removed] is exceptional and truly the best. He consistently demonstrates professionalism and outstanding customer service. During the tour of the unit, he ensured that everything met my expectations and was addressed to my satisfaction. Whenever I have reached out with a concern- such as a solar issue- he responds promptly and follows through until the matter is resolved. If he doesn't have an immediate answer, he communicates that he will look into it and always gets back to me. [name removed] is a tremendous asset to this company and deserves recognition for his dedication and reliability. I would like to recognize the notary [name removed], who went through the contract with me. She was extremely professional, taking the time to review each page carefully and ensuring that I understood every detail. Her knowledge and patience made the entire process smooth and reassuring. It made my home-buying experience memorable. I know she must have been tired because I was her last one of the day, and you would have never known it. She is a tremendous asset to the company. I highly recommend [name removed], [name removed], and the notary [name removed] to anyone seeking a positive and professional experience.

There were some minor issues with the quality of the cabinet under the sink and power outlet in the kitchen, but they addressed the issue right away and resolved it. In general, our experience with them has been really great and we love our new home!!

The sales rep wasn’t the friendliest when it was noted that I needed to sell my current home. EVERYONE else was FANTASTIC!!!! The lenders, my walk through, when I picked up my keys…very friendly and helpful. I am extremely happy with my purchase!

The sales office was extremely helpful, and the walkthrough went smoothly. We also really appreciated the thoughtful “Welcome Home” gift we received—it was a nice touch that made us feel valued. We understand that purchasing a new home comes with its ups and downs, but we had hoped the experience would be a little different. For example, we were not informed in advance that not all ceiling fans would be compatible with the installed light switches in the rooms. This would have been helpful to know ahead of time. We are also still waiting for clarification regarding the water hose bib located outside our garage. The New Home Co. customer service representative has been helpful to the best of his ability and acknowledged the issue, but mentioned he is still waiting for clarification from someone in communication with the engineering department. Another issue we encountered was with the garage door. Unfortunately, it broke, and we had to hire an outside company to assist us because the garage door company contracted by New Home Co. does not offer emergency support hours. Additionally, we are still waiting for the bottom seal of the garage door to be replaced, as it is apparently a “special order.” We also faced challenges with getting internet service installed. We were initially given the name of a direct contact for Frontier Services, only to find out that this person was not affiliated with the builder. This miscommunication caused unnecessary confusion and made the installation process more stressful than it needed to be. That said, we do want to acknowledge that the New Home Co. customer service representative did a great job responding promptly to a couple of work orders we submitted, which we truly appreciated.
