I liked the thorough walk through that my customer care rep [name removed] provided during the house to home transition. He was there for me to answer my questions even after the transition. The garage entrance is too small despite the total size for the 1 car garage. It would be much smoother entering/exiting the garage if the opening is at least 1 feet wider.

Easy to see the model, easy to apply for financing with the lending partner, home was ready as planned and all staff were highly professional in all their interactions. There wasn't any dislikes.

Quality of materials deteriorate less than a year of use. Water leak in ceiling within the first 17 days of initial move in, bathtub cracking, water heater malfunction (no hot water for 5 days in winter), stair hand rail falling off.

The qualification of the loan process was a bit stressful. I get that even if I'm pre-approved, I'm not necessarily guaranteed a loan. Yet, we had to delay the closing process and came up with a significantly higher amount of down payment to purchase our home. That really was the rough part though... Besides that we're very happy about our buy!

I dislike the fact that I can't park my car on the street over night. As this has become a rule of the HOA. I believe all homes should be given one parking pass. Whatever that homeowner decides to do with his or her pass is their responsibility. We as home owners don't want to be or feel micromanaged. We as homeowners paid good money to live here and don't want to go out to our cars and have a note placed on it. As this feels more like apartment complex living than homeownership.

I like how easy it was to deal with the sales team. I strongly dislike the customer care rep. he is unresponsive. beats around the bush. we have several issues that need to be addressed and he makes it seem like hes doing me a favor to check my warranty issues.
