What I liked most about my purchase experience was how smooth and organized the overall process was once the contract was signed. The sales team at Sunterra was helpful, transparent, and always willing to answer questions. I really appreciated how the builder honored my incentives and even increased the seller credit, which helped make the purchase more affordable. The walkthroughs were detailed, and the home was delivered in great condition on move-in day.

I recently purchased my new home in Sunterra through New Home Co., and my overall experience has been wonderful. Courtney, the builder’s representative, and the superintendent Walter were both amazing to work with. They made sure I felt comfortable throughout the process and helped address any issues that came up after closing. Their professionalism and support really stood out to me, and I hope that same level of care continues as I settle into my new home. I can truly say I love my home.

I have had 2 other houses built before this one. The experience was way better and way smoother. Torres and Walter were fantastic to work with answering questions quickly and resolving issues. It was nice to see sales and construction team on the same page.

Exceptional Communication: The entire closing process, from contract signing to receiving the keys, was marked by incredibly clear and consistent communication from the entire team. They kept us informed every step of the way, promptly answering all our questions and proactively providing updates on deadlines and required documents. My overall experience was great, I have been trying to move into the community for the past two years and was just about ready to give up until I received a call from Torris Scott (Sales Manager) after I had visited the Addison floor plan for what I thought was the last time. Every sales Manager prior to this experience was not as accommodating and and as helpful. Torris was very professional, stayed in communication with me and guided me through the entire process until I closed and for that I am beyond grateful. Even after closing I was still tended to by Giorgio Rodriguez who was very helpful and thorough in my walk through all the way down to my maintenance needs. Giorgio ensured me that no matter how small or big the task he will be here to see that it was completed. I genuinely feel like family and not just a customer. Thanks New Home Co, Special shout out to Torris Scott and Giorgio Rodriguez

My experience with New Home Co has been nothing short of wonderful. From start to finish, Jason Spets has been an exceptional builder, and an even better person to work with. He is reliable, honest, and truly dependable. What stood out the most to me was his hands-on approach. Anytime I had a concern during the building process, Jason personally came to meet with me, listened attentively, and ensured the right vendor was onsite to resolve the issue. He didn’t just hand it off; he stayed until I was fully satisfied. His open-door policy gave me peace of mind, and thankfully, I only needed a few minor readjustments. I would wholeheartedly recommend Jason and New Home Co to anyone looking to build a home with care, transparency, and genuine customer service.

We appreciate the New Home Co team at Marvita. The home we purchased at 8630 Abby Blue Drive is the 6th home in our purchase history and we feel this was our overall best purchase. We were downsizing from a large estate home on a very large lot and looked at properties virtually and identified 2 properties that met the search criteria for our next home. We decided to physically visit both properties but only experienced a showing at New Home Co in Marvita. When we arrived at Marvita and met Torris Scott in your sales office we knew there was something special about him based on our common interest in Christianity and basketball. After our conversation with Torris and seeing the home on Abby Blue Drive we felt led by God's Holy Spirit that this was the home we were destined to purchase. We prayed about it and Torris was amazing in answering questions and providing information clearly and honestly that helped us make the decision to buy the home within a couple of hours on the same day of our visit. Before our closing we met Jason Spets during the inspection and walk through. He was and still is one of the most professional, dedicated and committed home construction managers we have had the opportunity to interact with. He was very attentive to details and determined to provide a high level of customer service and satisfaction. After hearing that Jason would not be at Marvita full time we were happy that New home Co recognised and rewarded him for his performance. We were apprehensive that our punch list items would not be resolved until we met Walter Hernandez who is a clone of Jason. We are very pleased with our home and your personnel at Marvita. We have expressed to Torris, Jason and Walter that they all make us feel like family. We are so thankful that God led us to a great community to enjoy retirement living.

I don't the like the fact that I have to spend out of pocket on Blinds and Gutters. The one thing that I like is the fact that the maintenance guys are responsive whenever we have a concern.

This is our 2nd time building and we were aware of the step by step process. The overall experience was phenomenal! The agent ([name removed] as the time) was the reason why we chose to build with Hamilton [name removed] Homes (now New [name removed] Co.) - our other option was with Pulte Homes In Katy, TX. [name removed] was very passionate about the product and guided us through everything. She would send us weekly updates via email on what will happen next and also included pictures (plus videos). It gave me confidence in the build process as we did not have to drive by the construction site every so often. If there was a mistake, we would inform [name removed] and the construction manager, [name removed] who will quickly resolve the issue right way. As for [name removed], he is the best construction manager, we've ever had. Very straight forward and picked up (or reply) back to all of my phone calls/texts without any hesitation. He went above and beyond on what we would expected from a builder/manager. Very knowledgeable and took care of all of our concerns before and after the purchase. [name removed] always checked in with us and asked "how we're doing and if we needed anything". Hands down - Best team ever! With [name removed] (New [name removed] C.) being we new builder, we were very skeptical - just like any new brand or product that is introduced to the market. We told ourselves that this will be our forever home and wanted to ensure that we made the right decision. As for the bad part - We like to do a lot of research, especially, when making a huge purchase (like a house). -The company website lacks a few things compared to other brands ([name removed] [name removed], [name removed], Pulte, etc). It needs to be more interactive and user friendly. It seems like the inventory is not always up to date. The website would lag and not load up the correct information. - Asking for prices for upgrades (or structures) was not transparent as we wanted. The cost of certain things was not upfront, as they needed to be requested from management or from the design center (Wisenbaker). This was a bit frustrating and it would take days to get an answer for. Especially, when we were trying to make a quick decision on total cost. - Lastly, the incentives. With this purchase price, we were expecting more assistance ($$$ credits) toward the home. In comparison to the other builder (that we had in mind - Pulte Homes), they offered us a large amount in where we would of been more satisfied. Again, you have a great salesperson like [name removed], who convinced us to build with New [name removed] Co. Overall, we believe we made the right choice in selecting New [name removed] co.
