The entire team from the listing agent [name removed], to the superintendent and Customer Care representative were all very responsive, personable and great communicators making the process clear and easy. They proactively communicated any concerns and went above and beyond to meet our asks.

The only thing I believe the contractor should keep in mind is the size of the garage. This house is advertised as having space for two cars, but it would be much better if the garage were at least one foot larger in any direction. Right now, when we park our SUV, we have to open the garage door to get to the other side of the car conveniently. It’s also very common for homeowners to have a storage cabinet along one side of the garage. In our case, if we install a cabinet, we won’t be able to park a second car comfortably. Even if we manage to fit both cars, it would make it very difficult to get in and out of them. This is the only issue I’ve noticed with the house since we moved in last month, it might be more!
