Likes 1. [name removed], [name removed] and [name removed] were great, knowledgable, helpful and friendly and was with us through out the process. 2. New Home Co was prompt and understanding when we had to move our closing date. Dislikes 1. Fire place is not usable it heats up the entire wall too much. I would be really happy if New Home Co. can help to fix the issue. Not sure whether it is faulty in my home. 2. Some of the touch ups did through home were not great it was patched in hurry without proper finishes and there are scratches in bath tubs and in door.

The only thing I believe the contractor should keep in mind is the size of the garage. This house is advertised as having space for two cars, but it would be much better if the garage were at least one foot larger in any direction. Right now, when we park our SUV, we have to open the garage door to get to the other side of the car conveniently. It’s also very common for homeowners to have a storage cabinet along one side of the garage. In our case, if we install a cabinet, we won’t be able to park a second car comfortably. Even if we manage to fit both cars, it would make it very difficult to get in and out of them. This is the only issue I’ve noticed with the house since we moved in last month, it might be more!

Darcy Walker was the best. So responsive. I asked a lot of questions at first and she seemed pleased to answer all of them and spend as much time as needed
