Likes 1. [name removed], [name removed] and [name removed] were great, knowledgable, helpful and friendly and was with us through out the process. 2. New Home Co was prompt and understanding when we had to move our closing date. Dislikes 1. Fire place is not usable it heats up the entire wall too much. I would be really happy if New Home Co. can help to fix the issue. Not sure whether it is faulty in my home. 2. Some of the touch ups did through home were not great it was patched in hurry without proper finishes and there are scratches in bath tubs and in door.

I really appreciated how communicative and accommodating Kelly was about the whole process. It was so helpful to have updates about when each step would happen and know what to expect each step of the way.

The experience from the get go is great - house showings - detailed plans - negotiations - help with closing procedures and then detailed walkthrough for the home
