No one knows more about a homebuilder's quality and service than the builder's customers.

Since 1984, Eliant has been independently evaluating the performance of homebuilders across the U.S., Canada, and the Middle East:

  • We ask recent homebuyers to evaluate their builder's purchase process.
  • Then, we ask homeowners to evaluate their builder's quality and service (1) after the first 5-months in the home, and (2) again at the end of the first year.

In "Homebuilder Customer Reviews", we present the ratings and comments collected from new-home buyers at these three points in time.

Being a construction manager, I am very impressed by the teams responsiveness to the minor punch issues encountered after move in. Considering how emotional and vulnerable a home-buying experience can be, having people like [name removed], [name removed], and [name removed] to work with was an absolute godsend. I can’t rave enough about the quality of your people… A+! In terms of opportunity areas, I did have quite a few maintenance issues in the first week of moving in, but [name removed] was on top of it and got them resolved.

Too many things to love! From start to finish, the entire team was there help us each step of the way. [name removed] did amazing at showing all the house has to offer. [name removed] did great at the walk throughs and fixed all of our concerns. [name removed] did FANTASTIC at guiding us through the process and answering EVERY question we had! The entire team was very personable and truly cared about our us and our home! Working through the finances were confusing, but [name removed] was a game changer. Can’t say thank you enough!

I loved how everyone was so helpful from start to finish. Even now that I’m living in my home, everyone is still prompt and quick to respond. I never had to worry while buying a Risewell home. The process was very stress-free. As a first-time homebuyer, they guided me every step of the way. Any questions I had were answered quickly and in a helpful way. [name removed] made it pretty simple to get everything done on the contract side, great communication from the start. I did have a small issue at closing with the incentive and adding an addendum that was missing in the file. Also I feel the loan side of things could have had some improvement with their communication, felt I was the one asking a lot of questions because things weren’t explained to me up front.

[name removed] was willing to work with us with our strict work schedule which was super appreciated. The toughest thing was getting to closing and finding out that it had to be pushed back. It wasn’t particularly [name removed]’s fault but it was difficult with my husbands work schedule but they were generous and compensated for it and made it up to us.
