No one knows more about a homebuilder's quality and service than the builder's customers.

Since 1984, Eliant has been independently evaluating the performance of homebuilders across the U.S., Canada, and the Middle East:

  • We ask recent homebuyers to evaluate their builder's purchase process.
  • Then, we ask homeowners to evaluate their builder's quality and service (1) after the first 5-months in the home, and (2) again at the end of the first year.

In "Homebuilder Customer Reviews", we present the ratings and comments collected from new-home buyers at these three points in time.

HOA so far has been difficult. I am told that it will take 4 to 6 weeks to receive a welcome packet to have access to HOA information, including approval to plant trees.

How communicative everyone was with the process. Everyone was super clear on next steps and I never had to leave a voicemail for anyone, the phone was always answered.

I would start off by saying everyone was extremely friendly and nice. However, between sales and construction the knowledge of the product was not there. I think [name removed] is delivering a good product, but the people involved need a better understanding of the homes etc..

I wish the photos of the property were a representation of the facade of the home. Previous builds had different finishes from stone to brick fronts and it would be nice to have clarity on that. A neighbor also mentioned the same.

Dislike how our punchlist still hasn’t been resolved nor has anyone been communicating with us to get this items fixed. We were promised the list would be completed but after we close we feel like we’re in the back burner.

I liked the communication from all of the staff I disliked the QR code and app based guides. I would have liked all of that info together in a binder with better instructions on how to register appliances ect.

The home is not the same as the model that was sold to me. Smaller than the model and the 2nd bedroom window was not the same. The back yard has sitting water in the middle of it. The hill behind the yard is growing weeds and soil continues to be eroded every time it rains. Ooops. This might have been for after movein
