No one knows more about a homebuilder's quality and service than the builder's customers.

Since 1984, Eliant has been independently evaluating the performance of homebuilders across the U.S., Canada, and the Middle East:

  • We ask recent homebuyers to evaluate their builder's purchase process.
  • Then, we ask homeowners to evaluate their builder's quality and service (1) after the first 5-months in the home, and (2) again at the end of the first year.

In "Homebuilder Customer Reviews", we present the ratings and comments collected from new-home buyers at these three points in time.

I loved the whole process. Everyone complains and says how stressful buying a home is but this process with these people made it very easy!

Considering how emotional and vulnerable a home-buying experience can be, having people like [name removed], [name removed], and [name removed] to work with was an absolute godsend. I can’t rave enough about the quality of your people… A+! In terms of opportunity areas, I did have quite a few maintenance issues in the first week of moving in, but [name removed] was on top of it and got them resolved.

Too many things to love! From start to finish, the entire team was there help us each step of the way. [name removed] did amazing at showing all the house has to offer. [name removed] did great at the walk throughs and fixed all of our concerns. [name removed] did FANTASTIC at guiding us through the process and answering EVERY question we had! The entire team was very personable and truly cared about our us and our home! Working through the finances were confusing, but [name removed] was a game changer. Can’t say thank you enough!
