[name removed] made it pretty simple to get everything done on the contract side, great communication from the start. I did have a small issue at closing with the incentive and adding an addendum that was missing in the file. Also I feel the loan side of things could have had some improvement with their communication, felt I was the one asking a lot of questions because things weren’t explained to me up front.

As of yet that I have lived here for 7 months I have nothing to say negative. I had a couple issues at the very beginning but maintenance was right here right away to repair the minor things that I was having problems with you never have to wait you're always in a timely manner and very very respectful and polite. The Personnel in the office when I first started looking for a home we're more than grateful respectful treat me very kindly and gave me their full attention. They gave me 100% of themselves with any questions that I asked regarding to the purchase of my home they made sure they accommodated me and whatever I need it done or ask of. I have nothing to say but positive things about this organization I am very pleased to be leaving here

I had an issue with one appliance, after reach to Lansea support, the problem was solved very fast

The only thing I did not like was the drive to sign the closing documents. Other than that, everything was perfect.

First of all communicating with everyone in the office was wonderful very nice and polite and always willing to help me. The maintenance department any minor issues that I might have at home they fastly respond to it and have the problem resolved I would definitely refer landsea to anyone .that my ask me about my home.
