When I bought it was [name removed] now it is Rise well homes, so fat so good was the experience with the rise well/ land sea. [name removed] costumer care representee is the wonderful person to deal with, she did her best to communicate / address our issues. He is very knowledgeable and understandable the situation.

Had a roof leak, but it was taken care of it with no issues. [name removed] and the crew fixed and it was very easy to go through the warranty. Would of just been nice if we didn't have it in the first place :)

No Pressure sales, [name removed] was great to work with, answered all our questions and ensured a smooth transition into ownership. [name removed] and the finance team made this the easiest purchase I have ever made for a property. Being a construction manager, I am very impressed by the teams responsiveness to the minor punch issues encountered after move in. [name removed] and [name removed] responded to all issues and clearly communicated next steps and followed up on all resolutions in a timely manor.

I wish the house has better sound insulation. Outside can hear everything from inside and now I am looking for a company that can help with insulating the house. I love how responsive the company is with fixing and replacing items that wasn’t installed correctly.

[name removed] was willing to work with us with our strict work schedule which was super appreciated. The toughest thing was getting to closing and finding out that it had to be pushed back. It wasn’t particularly [name removed]’s fault but it was difficult with my husbands work schedule but they were generous and compensated for it and made it up to us.

The warranty department’s lack of follow up has been less than desirable. I’ve had to send several follow up emails, for a few different issues in order to get anything done. Our oven breaker is tripping the breaker, this is an ongoing issue but so far, [name removed] is pushing the issue off on the electricians who are stating it “isn’t their issue.” Overall, our experience with [name removed] prior to closing was incredible. After closing, not so much.

So far I’ve had an amazing experience and the home is everything my wife and I wanted. There are some very minor imperfections in the finish, but that’s expected. Love the house so far!

They crossed the hot and cold pipes in the wall behind the clothes washer and that was causing us to use huge amounts of hot water to the point of running out even with the water heater set to high demand. I had to figure out the problem myself and switch the hoses to the washer to solve the problem.

She was so pleasant with us that we just loved her tour of your house and the way she treated us. I think if she had been different we would have had second thoughts but we didn’t she made the impression on us that we loved the area and the home . So thanks to her we bought our next home after 30 yrs of living in our first home.

We liked the sales advisor Mike Mckay, as he was very informative and did not push for the sale but rather guided us through the process. Mike was also informative, easy to reach and to communicate with, and also ensured we ended up being happy throughout the process. The construction manager (Cody) was also great, easily contactable and quick to make alternations when required throughout the building phase. And finally, the lender (Aaron) at NFM was also great throughout the process. All in all, all parties who were our main contacts made the process smooth and enjoyable.
