I was geographically dispersed through most of the purchasing process. [name removed] was always available to discuss the progress of my house with me. From sending me pictures to having the [name removed] and [name removed] call me with updates. I was always informed with the progress of my home. It made purchasing a home while located in another city, less stressful.

My experience overall has been quite positive. I've had a few issues with my electric breaker and an issue with one of my bathroom toilets. These issues were addressed in a timely manner.
