I was very impressed with the response time from the Risewell team when an issue came up that needed to be addressed. [name removed] was extremely helpful and proactive about resolutions. The entire team was a delight to work with.

I’m still waiting to have all the issues addressed to be fixed. [name removed], who is my go to, assured me that everything we have on the list , should be taken care of by the end of August. So far, everyone with [name removed] has been very nice. We have important issues tho that need fixing. Some repairs needed have been submitted since we moved in and have not be fixed! [name removed], who was our contact, was a great guy and I think he tried to address everything, but I think his territory was just too large to get to everything! [name removed], our contact now, is very nice and seems to assure us all our issues will be addressed and hopefully repaired! My sister and I are some of [name removed]’s biggest advocates! We loved working with [name removed] and [name removed]! However,I think our requested repairs have been on the “books” too long and should have been repaired months ago! Our garage door is so scary, when we open it and we are so afraid it will just fall on us! The noise is absolutely horrible ! Again, we are looking forward to contractors, etc. calling us to fix everything that is wrong with our new home! We love our home and the neighborhood! You will have the biggest advocates when everything is repaired! I have even been recommending [name removed] to anyone talking about moving! Again, my sister and I bought this house together! I am 79 and my sister is 77 so I hope [name removed] will stand behind the good faith we have in their homes and get all repaired ! I hope this response is reaching the top level of people so that you are aware of our concerns in our home due to our age. In other words, we are not “handy “ to fix anything so that’s why it is so important that everything be fixed before our warranty expires! It would also be great if someone from the top level contact me so we can discuss our concerns! I was a realtor for over 40+ years and my husband and I owned our own real estate company! Since, being in real estate for so many years, I would love to discuss some recommendations I would like to pass on to facilitate any and all follow up for Risewell. I read some reviews regarding [name removed]’s follow up and they were not complimentary at all! I don’t believe they were here in [name removed], but hope these reviews are not true here. I still have faith in [name removed] and [name removed] that we will be happy homeowners and the best advocates you could ask for ! Again, I look forward to hearing back from someone at the top level to discuss my concerns as well as some recommendations I would love to pass on to this company. On a funny note: Not sure who named our street but it’s a Tongue Twister! When to comes to addressing the street name, instead of [name removed], people always end up typing “Poopy”!! The builder representative promised the world at final walk through prior to closing but did not want to talk to use after closing. After closing communication is extremely poor regarding issues identified on the house.

It has been a pleasure working with [name removed]. He was very responsive to my service requests for the 11 month inspection. I appreciate his feedback and honesty. I appreciate the fact that the replaced the lights in the kitchen. We can now truly enjoy the kitchen. My main concerns were addressed. Shout out again to [name removed] and [name removed]. [name removed] helped us purchase the home and we absolutely love it. [name removed] was also responsive.
