Move in inspection was quick and not thorough. Really bad customer service by [name removed] who made fun of us when we raised genuine issues. We have been living in the house for 3 weeks and already paint trim bad quality is showing off. Also floor hardwood at multiple places is coming off.

Internet cables damaged according to Xfinity. Patio door has a gap at bottom of door. Poor quality and allows bugs to easily come in.

I would have preferred to have a few days between the the final inspection and transfering funds. A couple of small issues were not adressed before closing. Also the carpet on the stairwells was pretty dirty and beat up from all the construction. I wish it would have been protected.
