Everyone was very personable and friendly. Tricia made the whole process so easy! Branon and Logan were great and able to get everything done before move in day! We had an expedited process so from signing day to closing day was 15 days and everyone was great all the way through!

I liked my new home purchase experience from the first greeting with such friendly and professional agents all the way through move-in. They made themselves available to answer any questions that I had. The time line from contract to move-in went very smoothly. Thank you to the entire staff.

Staff have all been excellent and incredibly accommodating. On private inspection, all appliances were “not operational” to be inspected, later finding that oven was broken and still don’t have replacement after more than 3 weeks. Pantries should be standard as in some of the models as well as stairs down from back deck. Retro fitting these commonly needed items is costly and timely. Interior paint, even after touch ups is spotty and thin. Driveway shape and size was poorly designed for 2 vehicles. Crawlspace venting was completely forgotten when pouring the foundation and has needed to be retrofitted with bore holes and a fan- now that will be an additional and typically unnecessary maintenance piece to our new home. Full experience yet to be determined as some of issues and still pending resolution.

Likes • Home orientation: Very informative, real person walkthrough, chance to ask questions. • Proactive quality check: New Home staff pointed out flaws before ownership, ensuring they were fixed. • Superintendent availability: Responsive and helpful for follow-up questions. • Selling agent: Personable, approachable, and made the process seamless. Dislikes • Mailbox keys: Delay of three weeks before receiving them; post office error, but New Home should have provided keys on day one. • Inflexible finishes: Limited customization options; wished for more choice in finishes.
