My experience working with Jackie and Oscar was seamless. They were very professional in every step of the process. All of my questions were answered in a short time frame and the progress was great. Risewell makes a well built home as far as I can tell.

Would have like to know some of the pricing at the design center before we signed our contract it would have helped when making our decision on our plan and builder upgrades Then after we made those decisions they still would not share when asked.

Risewell so far has been easy to work with. [name removed] has always been helpful with any issues/repairs we have needed. When we were purchasing our house [name removed] was outstanding on going through the house with us and explaining everything. [name removed] was also helpful in the beginning with working with our realtor and us to make the home buying process easy.

In the year I’ve lived in this home, there have been a few minor warranty issues that were resolved very easily….once the system transitions were sorted out. [name removed] is has been absolutely amazing with coordinating all of my tickets.

Was not given direction in setting up warranty portal until after we needed to access it. Was told it would be covered during closing day tasks, but it was not.

We had numerous issues with our electricity - breakers tripping, septic issues, a few sprinkler issues, some cosmetic things that we missed on our walk through are a little disappointing, the kitchen appliances, especially the microwave is very disappointing with the way it operates and the options on the face of the microwave don't allow for much customization of cooking times.

My experience working with both Jackie Greenwood and Oscar was exceptional. Jackie responded to every question we had and answered in a timely manner. In fact she went above and beyond to make sure I was thoroughly informed about all the details. Oscar is excellent at his job. He went over every detail during the walkthrough and made himself available to our requests. I would recommend both of them to anyone interested in purchasing a Land Sea home.

We have had 3 electrical issue warranty calls and it is not fixed. The electrical outlets and main bathroom lights still do not work. We have had 2 septic issues and an appliance break that took 2 weeks, numerous calls to get replaced. Having any problems with a brand new home isn’t acceptable within 6 months, but this many makes me think We have a very poor quality home. It takes way too long to even get someone to come out and then find out the problem isn’t even fixed is very dissatisfying.

There was really no dislike so far, however to many to mention “likes”. [name removed] our sales rep made the process easy by listening, educating and help us truly understand what sets [name removed] apart from the other builders we were looking at. [name removed] the general contractor has been a great help as well in the move in process and guiding us through our new home. His professionalism and communication has been amazing! The quality of our home is most important, but it’s your staff i.e [name removed] that sold us on this home and community. As long as you keeping hiring folks like her you will have no problem selling homes and getting positive surveys back.

As a builder myself, I found a few of the amenities less than I would expect on a $400,000 home ( no insulation on any interior wall, no soft-close doors or drawers on cabinetry, etc)

The home purchase experience was great. Other than some minor cosmetic issues there has been no other issues. The 1 year warranty was easy to schedule. The only down side is they sent a crew out that couldn’t care less to fix any of the issues properly. To the builders credit they did offer to send a second crew out, but I could not take off to make it work. Over all a 8/10 experience.

The promptness of their warranty repairs. Anytime I have submitted a warranty request repairs are normally scheduled same day.

My house was a SPEC home, therefore was on the market for over a year, when we got it, we found dozens of bad things in the house, we were told that it wasn't their fault..very disappointing experience overall. [name removed], [name removed] and [name removed] are really nice, but their warrant company and overall as a home builder, is not very good

Everybody we met and worked with throughout the process, from first seeing the home with out agent, meeting the sales rep, walkthroughs with the builder, and closing, were all extremely professional and helpful.

I strongly disagree with the practice of requiring a larger earnest money payment if the buyer uses the lender of their choice rather than [name removed]’s preferred lender. This seems unreasonable and a restriction on freedom of choice.
