Really the only complaint I have is not necessarily workmanship, it will take time to truly evaluate workmanship. But quality of some products. I would have thought for a $1M price tag installed products would have been of higher quality. By this I'm referring to low end garage door, counter tops, faucets, etc. I will be replacing all over time to more quality products. I replaced all hollow core doors to solid core for less than $20K. Solid core would have been much more quality perception. For less than $100K per home that quality perception could have been elevated substantially. Happy to discuss further.

Nothing I really dislike, would have just hopped for better communication all the way through the process, especially at the start. We sometimes had to look for information ourselves but maybe it was related to going through the process with agents

I was very pleased with the gentleman that gave us all the information about the home from the beginning. I do have trouble at times dealing with the New Home portal…..the workers do not always show up at their allotted time. I am pleased with the home……just a few minor details has bothered me

I did not like the inflexibility of move in date. The buyers of our old home struggled with closing. We had movers in place to move quickly at the request of the buyers. We asked New Home if we could store furniture in the garage for potentially one day and were refused. We were committed, New Home had our money, there was no reason to be so firm. This caused significant angst for my wife. Unnecessary. The rest of the local New Home team were awesome.

The website is very difficult….. not easy to navigate.. The items that needed attention have been taken care…. Just have one more item left.

[name removed], [name removed], [name removed] all kept their word and are true professionals. They were very attentive and made the homebuying process seamless and enjoyable. We were hesitant at first to go with a new build and deal with a builder, but took the leap after our first meeting with [name removed]. Ever since, [name removed], [name removed] and [name removed] have completely changed our perception of new builds and dealing with builders. This team really should be a model nationwide on how to have exceptional customer service, quality in build, selection of material and design and everything in the process. We cannot thank them enough and we LOVE our New Home!
