Everyone on the GW staff was incredible! Very friendly and knowledgeable and busted their butts for us. Couldn’t be happier. I do have to say though that the painters are awful. So many missed places and sloppy work. Really the only complaint we have.

I like that the they take the time and listen to what you have to say and have not made to many excuses about the buid and not just try to find a way out of the issues.

Front office was good, design Center told me wrong paint throughout the house. My front doors paint is already chipping and I wasn't provided with extra for touch ups. On move in they did not flip the fuse for my AC. The water heater fuse was off and aerator.
