I disliked that some issues were not fixed and had to be called in for warranty items and got fixed then because of poor quality to begin with.

did not have paint color for walls available when we moved in. had to message to get this information. got the color through email, but we have to go and buy some now to do a few touch ups. purchase experience was very easy though

When we went through the final inspection on our new home, everything we had marked as needing to be fixed. Only one thing was fixed that was the door for the office. The biggest issue was the shower door was leaking. Next is paint and drywall. I am having to spend hundreds of dollars of dollars on the lawn because sod was laid over the hard packed dirt with rocks . I will have to put dirt down to ensure people do not stumble.

There are several issues with home, like tripping breakers, chip on tile. [name removed] staff, specifically [name removed] worked with me through the process and made me feel at home. She is the reason I followed through with the purchase

Didn’t like the way when we had a plumbing issue with the master bathroom shower not drawing correctly and filling up to the lip of shower base. When the plumber came in to check it he found plastic debris of tile setting and waded up blue tape stuffed down the drain, he even took pictures of it cause he stated that’s more than he has seen and that some may be further down the drain. [name removed] reply was that’s why you have warranty in case it causes further issues. Could have at least snake the pipes. We also found debris in the kitchen sink.

We had to get drywall repaired in closet and they said it was done after we got keys after closing. It was not done properly so team had to come back out and redo it while we moved in.There was also stain spot in master math and they sanded it off and its now a rough spot.
