Personnel and staff wise, everyone was a joy. From the sales team, to loans, to site construction manager. Everyone was fantastic. Complete value there. I feel for the cost of our home, the value is not quite what we expected. We find more and more details that were rushed and don’t frankly don’t look great. Unleveled floors , not flush walls, some corners are not 90 degrees. Things that would be a challenging warranty request.

I did not like working with the preferred lender. I work in mortgage and they did not do a good job. If I didn't know what I was doing there is no way I would have made it to the closing table on time.

Responsiveness, especially the warranty team. The sales team here in Colorado at Ascent Village were unbelievable, specifically [name removed]. She was an absolute delight.

The selection of the home was easy and Cherese was helpful in answering questions, although throughout the paperwork process we felt a bit rushed to get documents reviewed and signed to meet the deadlines given to us. Jordan and Nick were great to work with during the home walk through and correcting a few small items found in the inspection.

My experience with new home co was phenomenal. [name removed] and tanner we excellent to work with from the get go. They are extremely personable and fun to work with! They were thorough in understanding our needs and wants in the beginning of our purchase process, all the way through move in date. The level of communication they provided to us was amazing and helped ease our mind into moving into our home. My wife and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with new home co!
