I was not told that I was unable to chose options for my home. I expected additional windows and pendant lights that were not there. Nobody explained to me that those were options shown in the model that were not going to be in mine. I would have paid extra to have them put in before it was inspected.

Regarding the warranty work, it seems like there has been a lot of changeover in the office with people moving around to different positions or leaving. It has been very difficult to get a hold of people. I have finally been contacted by [name removed] who is now taking over my warranty issues. My biggest complaint is that I do not believe they planned for enough parking. Me and several neighbors have often discussed how few parking spots there are available, and the rest of the homes have not even been built yet. What are you going to do to ensure that we have ample parking at our homes? Several times the parking lot has been completely full and my guests have not had a place to park. They have had to park over at the woods grocery store and I had to go pick them up and bring them to my house.

[name removed] has been great at resolving my issues that have come up. My big concern was the furnace not working at first and turns out it wasn’t which racked me up like $800 dollars in bills in the first two months and was told there was nothing that could be done. Really hoping this good review gets up to the people that could reimburse me for that considering it took three visits from the hvac company to get it to run heat in January and February. But again overall I leave the good review because [name removed], joe and [name removed] have done an amazing job building a great home at a fair price and have helped handle my warranty claims in a timely manner. I have appreciated having them along this journey!

Everything was smooth and went in great! I missed a few things during closing, which was on me but overall the experience was awesome! After moving in, I’ve noticed a couple things I didn’t prior to moving, eg (splintered/broken studs in the garage, some damages on the inside of the cabinetry, the microwave flap is loud, some staples poking out of the carpet on the stairs, hvac filter rigged on and missing a piece). It was my first purchase and it honestly has been better than any apartment experience I’ve had

Both [name removed] and [name removed] have been assigned to my house, and both have been very professional and have shown great support. Most my time is spent with [name removed]. [name removed] is attentive, pays attention to details, and has completed every job promptly that I've needed.

Construction team has been very helpful. I ended up feeling like a bonus to be earned for the sales people, the pressure to close quickly was unreasonable and combined with the mistake made by nfm lending about the final closing costs left a really bad taste in my mouth about the whole experience.
