Denise was wonderful...after this it was downhill. When we have needed repairs under warranty, repairs have been subpar ....had a contractor tell me that the builder wanted him to go the cheaper route, which would have been tearing apart the bottom panel of a bathroom cabinet and piecing it together, rather than ordering a full panel. Our front door was warped and a new door had to be ordered, and had to be painted....I could have painted the door and done a better job. Also I coordinated the appointment with Jennifer.. any day except for a Wednesday in the afternoon as I had a appointment to be at...what day does the painter show up , you guessed it Wednesday afternoon. You can see the original door color in places . Paint was on the glass, the painter washed his brushes in my bathroom sink and left paint in my sink. Our garage door panel needed to be replaced due to a dent in it, again under warranty... The panel took forever to order, then again the painter missed several spots. It has not been a very good experience at all... And I am not sure if this is a deterrent to report any repairs or if the builder is just giving contracts to the lowest bidder. But wait, there's more,! We find out there is a lien on our home ....WTH! Do better Rise Well!

How much care and pride everyone took in the home. The workers made sure to do their own walks and find anything that might need fixing before we came through. They have been phenomenal at getting everything to standard and the whole process was just easy with everyone!

Feel rushed but with how quick it was done. It felt good. It's a business and I understand that but felt pretty hand tied if we didn't place an offer we would loose the house. Didn't feel like they had anyone else line up for the home in my opinion (I don't know) but that was the only frustrating part about. But they helped in making up for it on the closing options.
