Hassle free move in experience. The warranty service solves some minor tweaks after we move into the new house.

I loved the easiness & felt comfortable with the sales ladies, especially [name removed]. They were all friendly & treated me like we were all friends. [name removed] walked me through the whole process, especially as a first time home buyer. I love our new home. What I didn’t like was that some things were still not fixed or completed from our initial walkthrough.

I like the incentives that were given to us. The process was fast and smooth. I did not finding a ceiling crack during move in. I also did not like finding a hole behind our oven and having to eliminate 3 mice in our home.
