The design meeting options felt rushed and given us only 1-2 hours to choose options with no options to revise them. the pricing of the options were not transparent and it was very challenging and stressful.

I don’t have any issue with the contract, but when we move in, me and my wife still need to clean the house, specially some of the dried tiny paint splashes on the carpet and front door which is difficult to clean.

There is a lot of pressure to sign the home and deliver it. There are a lot of things that are not finished or needs retouch, the pending lists is never reviewed and never honored, the team never fixed lot of things even if they are listed. I'm not agreeing to sign a home that I'm as a customer still not happy. It is very hard to recommend something like this. (Bathtubs stained with paint, dirty walls, stained finishes in the bathroom uneven floor,) the list can go on, definitely not.

Up to now, they can’t find a solution yet on the mess that they did on our countertop in the kitchen. They installed 2 different color of quartz. It makes our kitchen to look like not a brand new house. And also with regards to the garage flooring paint/epoxy issue which I reported early January, they haven’t fix it yet.

I love my home but it did take over 7 months to have a damaged board in the floor to be replaced and the broken outlet cover in the floor is still not replaced. I moved in on 8/1/23 and am still waiting for the solar to be activated…which is not New Home’s fault but no one else is accepting responsibility.

Experience has been good for the most part until recently, customer service with one year fit and finish not very satisfactory; Had some requests that were not done. Dislike the revolving customer service representative; they change so much.
