I liked how fast and efficient the process was. Also good communication from mostly everyone I’ve interacted with from Risewell. There was room for improvement with the pre move-in walk through/orientation as it was rushed and the house was not finished at the time (painting and touch ups were being done during the walk through)

We had an initial issue with the sales team who entered our contact information incorrectly which had reverberating effects downstream with NFM Lending + First American Title. The issue was eventually resolved, but we had difficulty receiving updated documents with our contact information corrected.

As of yet we have found nothing not to like, please do not build in front of my roof deck view, that I will not like

The solar panels the company that took over sunPower is called Complete Solar and is really bad never awers the phone i need my soolar panels activated but still no response from them.
