I liked working with [name removed], the community Realtor, and [name removed], the builder project manager. Both gentlemen were friendly and easy to work with. I dislike the fact that I could not change/alter any of the house specs due to "production" builder. I think I should be able to add, change, or remove nearly anything especially cosmetics throughout the process, at an expense of course.

I like the salesperson [name removed]. I liked the construction manager matt who handled all my problems and concern. The problems with the house due to the cold spell we had in Hodges Reserve Ave house in the house is freezing in the master bedroom that leaves my to think about the walls have no insulation in them. The room holds no heat. I must have another interior wall inspection done on the house.

Our Sales Associate left the company towards the end of our build process, no one formally reached out to notify us of the change to a new associate. It was a little disorganized. I didn’t like not knowing the cost for upgrades at the design center when going under contract. It would have been a nice idea of what some bigger ticket items would cost to help budget for structural options. We also had an issue with not really understanding where the home would sit on the lot which caused our backyard to be more sloped than we anticpated.

Since we moved in, we've been very satisfied with the work done, especially [name removed]'s attention to detail. Of course, there were a few minor issues with the house, but they were always ready to address them. We really appreciate it.

I now feel like I am missing information like termite contract, etc. I purchased a home that someone else designed but lost their funding.. The house was turned into a spec home. I feel as though many of the things that needed repairing should have been caught sooner. Overall, the staff has been good at meeting with me and now repairing items.
