The timelines were also met exactly as they had been explained to me during my initial meeting with the sales representative, which made the process clear and predictable from contract through move-in.

Our experience was great from contract through move-in. Prior to contract we dealt with a former sales rep that was not so pleasant named [name removed] but thanks to both [name removed] and [name removed] who stepped in after our complaint and made our purchase seamless and pleasant!

I had to followup constantly with lending agents to make sure they received all requested documents and even when this was done they did not adequately endorsed to follow up agents so they asking for documents that were already given. the title company agent who completed the process was quite unpleasant and unfriendly.

A/C is not working adequately and their contractor did a “quick fix” but the problem is still the same and they told me that this issue is not covered by warranty according to [name removed]. My townhome also had a water stain in the ceiling that was supposedly fixed however they never came back to repair the stain just the cause of it. Even though they promised to come back to fix the stain they never did. I even offered to paint it if they gave me some of the correct paint but they never did so either.
