not having gutters was just weird. A few cabinet handles banged into the wall and shower door. I couldn't understand why there was no spray nozzle for the kitchen sink to clean. The study and two spare bedrooms are a bit small. The employees are very friendly and courteous which helped make the transition.

Everyone was great!! So nice. We didn’t really like that we have some framing issues and cabinet missing a shelve. There was several issues that needed to bebe repaired and some of them have been addressed.

I liked the design center process. I enjoyed working with [name removed] from the lending side. I initially had [name removed] as my agent before moving to a new property, but [name removed] stepped in and really made me feel good about the process. She was amazing to work with.

I was very impressed with how organized the overall process was, from contract to move-in. Most, if not all, of the professionals I worked with, including my loan officer, sales agent, and insurance representatives, were highly available and responsive to all of my questions. The only part of the process that wasn't as smooth was communication with the title representatives. I had a question about sending my wire transfer and had difficulty reaching someone by phone to get an answer.

The whole process was just simply smooth [name removed] took care of everything about the details on the walkthrough very quickly. Was always available for any questions we had about the house and even after the close. He went above and beyond on our home

How the mortgage broker was on top of things, so responsive and helpful and how eEverton has been on top of things since day 1 and is still on top of things.
