From contact to closing, the process was fairly straightforward. The salesperson, [name removed] was easy to work with and was great at providing updates throughout the process. The warranty person (I did not catch her name) gave me a sheet of "who to call", should problems arise, and it turns out the sheet is extremely inaccurate. The final walk-thru guy, [name removed], was very nice but if we would have done the inspections the way we wanted to, verses the prescribed "LandSea Homes Way", we might have caught some issues that showed up after closing-and still haven't been resolved.

I heard the horror stories of purchasing a new house from family and friends, but my buying process was different. It was sweatless, painless and easier than I'd imagined. I was kept well informed throughout the process. The hardest part was waiting for my closing date because I feel in love with my home.

not having gutters was just weird. A few cabinet handles banged into the wall and shower door. I couldn't understand why there was no spray nozzle for the kitchen sink to clean. The study and two spare bedrooms are a bit small. The employees are very friendly and courteous which helped make the transition.

Everyone was great!! So nice. We didn’t really like that we have some framing issues and cabinet missing a shelve. There was several issues that needed to bebe repaired and some of them have been addressed.

I liked the design center process. I enjoyed working with [name removed] from the lending side. I initially had [name removed] as my agent before moving to a new property, but [name removed] stepped in and really made me feel good about the process. She was amazing to work with.
