The lack of communication from our sales agent once we got closer to closing. We had a date change of closing 2 days before we were supposed to close and we got a short email that was outrageous due to no care or apology. It took a lot of calling and conversation with corporate to justify the actions. [name removed] never congratulated or reached out and i found that very rude especially since she made commission from my purchase. I’m waiting on things that we weren’t happy with before moving in with our stove top being off centered and our hood sleeve dented and our expensive spindles being stained and chipped

The house was built so cheaply. The walls fall apart when you put screws or nails. It was not sealed well it’s infested with ants. Overall just really crappy build. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy here.
