Her communication was top-notch, and she took ownership of every single step in the process. The experience continued to be excellent during our walkthrough with [name removed]. He made sure the house was completely ready and even pointed out small details we might have missed. [name removed] was incredible—he went above and beyond our expectations. I highly recommend [name removed]; their team truly makes the home-buying experience smooth and enjoyable

The window sizes in the front were changed. Also the quality of the available upgrades changed. There were not enough customization options. You could not get all electric house. We did not want any gas.
