I was told by [name removed] at Sales that J box will be out for me to easily install pendent lights and light above dining table. It did not happen and was told not included in the contract and [name removed] is no longer with the company to confirm. I could not return my lights due to time and costed me $1000.

Everything. Everybody from [name removed] made multiple mistakes in the process, which made the process substantially more difficult and anxious for a forst time buyer like me. This includes the sales agent, loan people, solar people, I dont believe any of them performed an average job.

Like: The team is very responsive, more than willing to help, and goes above and beyond to ensure any issues (even small issues) are fixed. Dislike: Unclear communication around administrative items. For example, there was no formal announcement, email, or documentation around Best Buy Geek Squad and the services they'd provide upon move-in. Plus, I only recently learned through word of mouth that it's no longer Best Buy Geek Squad and it will now be SST. As a homeowner, this is important information, because I spent my time and money into a home security system that is not compatible with SST's system.

I like the frequent communication and resolution with any issues I have. I didn't like that it seems some things (like utilities/contact lists) weren't set up properly prior to moving in. For example, the utility list provided to me said Public Utilities Anaheim would be managing my water and electricity, but when I went to Public Utilities, they told me my HOA would manage it. The contact on the list associated with HOA was also the incorrect person.

I was truly impressed with how smoothly everything went. I had just sold my home and needed to close quickly—and thanks to the incredible support from my sales representative Snezana, we were able to close in just 15 days. She took excellent care of me every step of the way. I was also impressed that my broker was paid promptly, with no delays. Coming from a very prestigious area in Rancho Cucamonga, I had high expectations, and this community and team exceeded them. Thank you for making the process so efficient and stress-free.

She truly knows how to be supportive and accommodating and is very knowledgeable and guided us through our first time home buying experience. We really liked how communicative she was and highly responsive. We also appreciate how understanding she was with the various inquiries we had throughout the process and she was always willing to help answer our questions. Even during the process, [name removed] provided wonderful enthusiasm and excitement the whole way. Our move-in went smoothly and it was a very easy and stress free process for us all thanks to [name removed].
