Also, in coordinating with me and warranty work. He deserves a 20. and, my answers should not have a impact on his work ethic. He's been doing his best to clean up [name removed]'s poorly chosen contractors construction.

We are fortunate that very little warranty work was needed. Of the work that was done, the company replacing the sinks was probably the best (although it was inefficient to also have to coordinate with a plumber - this is really one job); the worst - by far - we’re the flooring people. Interior logic was atrocious.

Our agent ([name removed]) and both superintendents ([name removed] and [name removed]) were very responsive to us. [name removed] looked out for us in finding the perfect lot, and [name removed] was up front about progress and potential hold-ups once our build started. [name removed] (who was there for the majority of the build) was just awesome, keeping us updated, and often addressing issues himself when we had something we noticed needing fix/addressed.

Very lengthy time frame (18 months) from contract to closing due to infrastructure work on the phase early on. This is understandable. We were about 9 1/2 months from slab to closing. Our Construction Superintendent was not great about updates. We had to ask quite a bit of the time. We had water damage in the kitchen which was pointed out to our Super by us and our building inspector months before it was looked into. The remediation work was done very quickly and efficiently to make sure we closed, largely due to the work of [name removed] and [name removed]. The punch list issues have been handled by [name removed] as well, and we could not be happier with his responsiveness and follow up. Over all, although the experience was lengthy with more unknowns than known, we are happy with the final product so far.

My wife and I have been very happy with our experience of building a home here in [name removed] Margaritaville - [name removed] [name removed]. We love our floor plan and the lot location that we selected. The amenities and activities available to us here are great. However, with the above being said, there have been issues with several of your vendors/sub-contractors in getting items owed to us delivered and/or completed, and other items repaired. Our Minto Master Care representative, [name removed], has been great and works very hard to get items completed, but we realize that the issue has been with your suppliers, such as [name removed] Supply. Other issues have been items found to be poorly or wrongly installed originally, and [name removed] works hard for us to get them corrected. I feel that with [name removed]'s efforts to fix issues and his continued work on our behalf, that we will continue to feel that we are happy with our experience with Minto Communities.

The design process was often confusing and convoluted. The root cause of this confusing was the conflicting and incomplete information we received during that initial phase. Once the build was completed and we started working with our Master care person, things improved GREATLY and honestly, pulled the whole house together. We are very grateful for our master care prep.

During the build, owner expectations were not managed or communicated effectively. [name removed]'t blame covid, we have discovered after the build the same situation. The warranty rep, [name removed], communicates effectively. Owner expectations of quality processes are not. [name removed] has a systemic problem with communicating what the owner can expect. For instance, post build, we are on our 5th rework of the shower glass and knee wall construction. The superintendent and the trades are not coordinating and cross checking.

[name removed] was always honest and up front with progress reports through texts and pictures. Since closing and moving in, [name removed] is always available for questions and/or issues.

We wish we had him as our Superintendent, who is no longer with [name removed] for obvious reasons. Our evaluation scores completely relate to [name removed]'s hard work and care with the house issues we had and continue to have. Nothing major, mind you, so that made it even more enjoyable. Please let [name removed] know about our thoughts in a team meeting, as we always do in person.

He has been very honest about what we should expect as we go through the process. [name removed] in the sales center was also amazing. These two individuals made any negative parts of our experience much better. [name removed], our building supervisor, who I know is no longer with [name removed], had horrible communication skills which we feel was something that was very crucial at that stage of our home build. Especially since we were out of state during our build.

My only big problem was/is hot water heater was not installed correctly thus resulting in no hot water several times, problem is still being repaired and garage door broken x2 but repaired now

It's just hard to get the work and repairs done in a timely fashion. Especially the greenery. They removed my plants and put them in storage 8 months ago and never brought them back. I contact them all the time and don't get a reply for weeks. I was going to have some landscaping done by them, but haven't heard back. My drainage had not been replaced and my existing plants may die

Great people who made this dream come to fruition. Thank you! What I didnt like was the delay on the build due to staff issues, supply chain and goverment agency delay. 17 months from signing to closing.

We like the communication and commitment of our supervisor, [name removed], to complete the construction issues that were identified. We dislike the communication and follow up calls by some of the subcontractors to complete tasks. Interior Logic is very poor at calling back after we left voice mail messages requesting an update on projects.

We thought our sales person, [name removed], was amazing. We also had a great working relationship with our building supervisor. As far as dislikes, we were unhappy with the timeframe to get into the house, as well as the decisions by [name removed], as to which houses were delivered in which order and which got supplies and which didn’t. Instead of finishing certain things on our house, we waited for materials to finish a job that were given to others, like windows. Every night, doors and windows were left open and lights were left on. We purchased a more expensive lot due to having a preserve alongside us, as well as a lagoon. Only to find, set the lagoon is unable to retain water, and to preserve mostly died. We are very unhappy with this lagoon situation, and it is a continuing issue that needs to be resolved. We believe the structure is sound, but the finish work left a lot to be desired. It is very obvious there is a quality control layer within the organization missing.

Our design consultant [name removed] offered great advice we got everything we wanted and she helped us stay below our budget. Our builder [name removed] exceeded all our expectations. He kept us up to date each week with pictures answered every question. He made us feel as though we were his only customer. He is definitely an asset to [name removed]. He takes his job seriously. He explained from the first time we met until the final walk through everything. He was concern about issues we saw and has made sure to best of his ability that our home once we arrive will be taken care of. This young man is driven and a go getter. We thank God everyday for the ease of this build.

Once we decided to buy in LMHH. The excitement grew with each passing day. I would have liked to have been informed that there was going to be 2 additional payments, besides the original down-payment. I further wish the A and B selections were in a downloadable spreadsheet format. We spent hours (that we can never get back) making our own spreadsheets. It would be great to check a box next to each line item and get a total at the bottom. Each line item could have a note, further explaining each item and could have a picture to help us understand each item. The A and B selections are daunting and this would make it easier on the buyer. And it would eliminate the guessing game of how much each A and B selections will cost. Also in this spreadsheet, when you select a grouping it would Grey out the individual items in other places in the spread sheet, that are included in the package or grouping. We found that in our spreadsheet we had duplicate cost that were included in groups and packages. Of course pricing could easily be changed, prior to sharing the soreadsheet.

Seems like we were not initially put on the Phase 5 list when originally requested. When following up with [name removed], he seemed surprised we were asking about a status. We were offered 1 lot only, which we took. Supervisor quality ranged from excellent ([name removed] and [name removed] ) to non existent (Dio). [name removed] was very responsive to requests. House looks great, still need some things repaired after we move in in February. HOA completely dropped the ball, they were not ready for us at settlement, we did not get a New Home celebration, and we still had to go down to their office to get accounts on the LMHH website. Overall, we are happy, the few minor glitches were dealt with, and we are looking forward to being part of the LMHH [name removed] [name removed] community.

Very slow progress during build, some poor workmanship and unprofessional work

Some of the tile finish work was not good (one tile on the main bathroom floor has been addressed, the main bathroom shower walls are not good with many uneven tiles).

My wife and I have been very happy with our experience of building a home here in [name removed] Margaritaville - [name removed] [name removed]. We love our floor plan and the lot location that we selected. The amenities and activities available to us here are great. However, with the above being said, there have been issues with several of your vendors/sub-contractors in getting items owed to us delivered and/or completed, and other items repaired. Our Minto Master Care representative, [name removed], has been great and works very hard to get items completed, but we realize that the issue has been with your suppliers, such as [name removed] Supply. Other issues have been items found to be poorly or wrongly installed originally, and [name removed] works hard for us to get them corrected. I feel that with [name removed]'s efforts to fix issues and his continued work on our behalf, that we will continue to feel that we are happy with our experience with Minto Communities.

The design process was often confusing and convoluted. The root cause of this confusing was the conflicting and incomplete information we received during that initial phase. Once the build was completed and we started working with our Master care person, things improved GREATLY and honestly, pulled the whole house together. We are very grateful for our master care prep.

During the build, owner expectations were not managed or communicated effectively. [name removed]'t blame covid, we have discovered after the build the same situation. The warranty rep, [name removed], communicates effectively. Owner expectations of quality processes are not. [name removed] has a systemic problem with communicating what the owner can expect. For instance, post build, we are on our 5th rework of the shower glass and knee wall construction. The superintendent and the trades are not coordinating and cross checking.

What we really appreciated is the meticulous attention from [name removed] representative. He is extremely organized and we believe, really cares about the customer/homeowner. We wish we had him as our Superintendent, who is no longer with [name removed] for obvious reasons. Our evaluation scores completely relate to [name removed]'s hard work and care with the house issues we had and continue to have. Nothing major, mind you, so that made it even more enjoyable. Please let [name removed] know about our thoughts in a team meeting, as we always do in person.

[name removed] has been spectacular to work with as our Mastercare Representative! He is very attentive and so pleasant to work with. He has been very honest about what we should expect as we go through the process. [name removed] in the sales center was also amazing. These two individuals made any negative parts of our experience much better. [name removed], our building supervisor, who I know is no longer with [name removed], had horrible communication skills which we feel was something that was very crucial at that stage of our home build. Especially since we were out of state during our build.

Lack of paint quality upsets me. It's been 11 months, and I'm still dealing with glue on my floors. I've asked several times to get [name removed] out to do it. They said they came but when the time people were here doing repairs, they said there was no way they were here

It's just hard to get the work and repairs done in a timely fashion. Especially the greenery. They removed my plants and put them in storage 8 months ago and never brought them back. I contact them all the time and don't get a reply for weeks. I was going to have some landscaping done by them, but haven't heard back. My drainage had not been replaced and my existing plants may die

We have not had any major problems with our home and [name removed] has been wonderful getting the minor repairs done. We live our home.

Been trying to get a landscape water problem resolved for almost a year, but lots of promises ,but no resolution. . Because of water problem we have a [name removed] in the house on the side where the water issue is. Might even have a mold issue from it.
