Lots of noisy dusty construction going on Also fires polluting air &flying embers everywhere hopefully seems to have stopped Army of dump trucks on roads preparing infrastructure for new areas which might have been done before people moved into the community

Some of the trim work is silly looking and points out that walls are not square. Kitchen floor not fixed yet, due to be worked on the 28th. New problem is down spout near garage is washing out under sidewalk. Painters haven't fixed siding yet.

Literally all the people I encountered were extremely kind and very patient - like they were telling us things and explaining them for the first time. Sales person and Contractor were my mental saviors throughout the whole process. Their enthusiasm was contagious! (There was only one exception and that person is gone.)

Response time to issues identified at closing, 6 mos later still waiting Issue with the terrible flies at the Bar and Chill Restaurant - something needs to be done, all residents are complaining Landscaping - grass is being cut too low, grass is dying- I am from SC and understand bermuda grass irrigation issues - ground is always too full of water - Emails sent to HOA mgt with no response Appts scheduled with Home [name removed] to discuss an issue, inspection, etc. NO SHOW, No CALL Better Management at the Restaurant

I am extremely unimpressed/disappointed with the Management here at [name removed] as to how the residents are taken care. If you have a problem, they ignore and never respond to your emails. I find certain members of the staff under Management do the same thing via emails or whenever you leave phone messages. The only two people who have helped me over the year where [name removed] and [name removed] whenever I would call or send emails. I really appreciate their help. I have correspondence I sent over to [name removed] beginning of year and never received a response or call. I called [name removed] last June about a drainage problem in front of my villa and nothing ever got done. I have correspondence I sent over to the HOA - [name removed] regarding my landscaping issues where nothing got done. My landscaping looks horrible and has since I moved in. [name removed] over at Master Care never returned phone calls. I guess this is the culture of Minto Management. Do not respond or take care of the customer....I have correspondence I sent to [name removed] and [name removed] regarding my landscaping and my landscaping has not improved. I am finally after all of these months getting things done. I was very disappointed at the look of my place whenever I moved in the end of September 2020 still looks the same. [name removed] has my money so who cares what needs to get done.

Having to make way too many design decisions with the specialist in a 3.5 hour session was unfair to the consumer. Even if the face-to-face had to be limited due to specialist calendar availability, there should have been better engagement sooner in this virtual world for the consumer that desires it. Setting buyer expectations with a check list of questions 30 days prior, with access to an online design catalog with general quality levels and pricing would greatly improve the buyer satisfaction.

Where do we start? Today it is exactly 6 months from our closing date, and there are incomplete tastes that were supposed to be before closing that are STILL not completed, or even scheduled! What’s even more more disturbing is that there seems to be NO URGENCY to get these issues resolved. You mean in 6 months a plumber or an electrician cannot be scheduled? Really??? Very very disturbing.

i have enjoyed this first year with [name removed]. My builder, [name removed], has made the experience beyond anything I expected. Having him help me and advocate for me when things needed repair was enormously helpful. He problem solved creatively, always making sure I was satisfied. He intervened when the trades did not meet expectations. It is hard to say how very valuable having [name removed] for the first two years is. You should market this stronger as I have not had similar experiences anywhere. To me it shows a confidence in your product and quality that you extend the relationship 2 years past purchase. I am so pleased, that I am buying my second [name removed] home. Thanks [name removed] and [name removed]!!!

I have correspondence I sent over to [name removed] beginning of year and never received a response or call. I called [name removed] last June about a drainage problem in front of my villa and nothing ever got done. I have correspondence I sent over to the HOA - [name removed] regarding my landscaping issues where nothing got done. My landscaping looks horrible and has since I moved in. [name removed] over at Master Care never returned phone calls. I guess this is the culture of Minto Management. Do not respond or take care of the customer....I have correspondence I sent to [name removed] and [name removed] regarding my landscaping and my landscaping has not improved. I am finally after all of these months getting things done. I was very disappointed at the look of my place whenever I moved in the end of September 2020 still looks the same. [name removed] has my money so who cares what needs to get done.

i have enjoyed this first year with [name removed]. My builder, [name removed], has made the experience beyond anything I expected. Having him help me and advocate for me when things needed repair was enormously helpful. He problem solved creatively, always making sure I was satisfied. He intervened when the trades did not meet expectations. It is hard to say how very valuable having [name removed] for the first two years is. You should market this stronger as I have not had similar experiences anywhere. To me it shows a confidence in your product and quality that you extend the relationship 2 years past purchase. I am so pleased, that I am buying my second [name removed] home. Thanks [name removed] and [name removed]!!!

Dislike- Management or lack thereof; Apparent staff shortage; HOA compliance-management selectively enforces rules...AKA # planters vs # guests; # Unregisteted residents and guests; Stay and Play abuse; Overwhelming number of under 55 residents.
