Communication issues with our sales representative from the onset. Difficulty obtaining requested items such as items that were listed on the contract. These were items that we should have been provided without having to ask for. Had to ask for these items multiple times before they were provided. The first set of documents we had to ask for were the Community Documents; we did not receive these until the day of closing. The same with the HOA Pet Registration forms; the response was that these would not be needed until much later. My concern was that I wanted to review for stipulations and requirements as I was moving with 2 dogs from [name removed]. We had to reach out to the sales representative on multiple occasions for updates. Once that was done, we did receive prompt responses. We needed to know what the next steps were so that we were not missing important deadlines. We almost missed the deadline for our pool installation because of lack of communication. We contacted the pool company on our own; it was a good thing we did as we were near the deadline to submit the design and color selections. Our sales representative did NOT communicate that this was our responsibility. If we had missed this deadline than we the owner would have been responsible for the additional cost!! Throughout the process we were assured that we would be able to come into the design center at any point to view selections. This message was echoed by our sales representative and our design team contact on multiple occasions. We traveled from [name removed] in October to make our B selections and arrived 2 days early so that we could spend time in the design center. When we arrived we were told that we needed an appointment for the design center. This was NEVER communicated in the multiple emails between us and the design team. When a member of the design team came to discuss this with us, she said she did not know who told us that and I looked at her name tag and held up the phone with her name on and said "you did!" Needless to say this was not a pleasant experience. I understand that things changed with COVID, I am a RN and work in the Emergency Department. It is YOUR responsibility to communicate those changes!!!! At this point, I was ready to walk away from purchasing a home in this community. This had been our dream for 2 years but it was obvious that your sales representatives CANNOT keep up with customer experience expectations. While we were in the design center, I personally heard another sales representative tell a potential buyer that they could come into the design center anytime they wanted. It is apparent that sales will do anything to make a sales and do not truly care what consequence that has moving forward. After the encounter at the design center, we received electronic documents of B selections for review. If these were available all along, why could they not have been sent in advance and why not send them to owners to preview before their B selection appointment? This would allow owners to review be better prepared for their appointment. I know for me it immediately ruled out certain items as those were not my taste. Again, I know that COVID changed how we do things but you and [name removed] had months to figure out how to adapt. It did not prevent you from selling!!! As we closed electronically, we did not receive the items that other buyers received when they closed in person. For instance, the future owner lanyard that allowed us to travel in and out of the community and the welcome gifts. Our designer provided this to us during our B selection visit. We actually learned about this from the Lattitude bus driver. Really???? It is not about the gift, it is the communication!!! I could excuse many of these if you were in Phase 1 of this project development, but you are finishing Phase 4 and starting Phase 5. I do not understand why there is not a checklist of next steps and estimated timelines that are not provided to new buyers. This would help tremendously as I am sure we are not the 1st homeowners to have done this from another state. We could not just "run down here" and check on things to make sure things were progressing as they should. I work in healthcare where if the same communication errors had happened a negative patient outcome could have occurred and our rating only counts if a consumer rates us as a 9 or 10. I will tell say that the saving grace was our builder, [name removed]!!! If it had not been for him I am not sure we would have continued moving forward. If I could rate him a "100" I would. He has exceeded every one of our expectations!!! He has kept us informed and we have NEVER had to ask him for an update. He has answered every question and has provided exceptional customer service. In my opinion, your focus is simply stated sales. Once the dotted line is signed, all expectations of customer service are forgotten.

The only negative was dealing with [name removed] with [name removed], she was not patient, hung up on me once and mentioned how overworked they are. It says in instructions that we could send info via email but she insisted info I already emailed be scanned because it was easier for them but I told her it wasn't easier for me but I ended up resended info already emailed. [name removed] made a wonderful expericence with [name removed] just a little less wonderful. I understand the public came be unreasonable, demanding and rude but I am not one of those people. I didn't yell or cuss, I let [name removed] know I had already sent information, this is a different issue, not what she made me resend via upload but one of her assistants asked for bank statement, I sent it with the required info and the assistant said it wasn't there but the assistant was wrong it was one sheet so I didn't understand why she missed it and said to [name removed] why should I have to resend it to you when I sent her the correct statement and she missed it. [name removed] didn't like that said they miss things sometimes because they are overwhelmed and hung up on me. i sent her a text saying that was not right never heard back and we were almost done so I didn't have to speak to her anymore but I did not complain to [name removed] because I think he was wonderful as our Sales Representative and during our process he got promoted which I feel was a great decision. [name removed] always got back right away and handled all of our concerns. So sorry about saying anything negative but since you asked I wouldn't be truthful if I didn't mention the damper [name removed] put on our expericence but [name removed] in our opinion is top notch! With everything you have put in place we feel you really care about our purchase! Especially having MasterCare for 2 yrs for any issues. Well done! I have to say we hit the jackpot when we got [name removed] as our builder. [name removed] has a perfect personality for his job! [name removed] took care of every issue and concern and made us feel very comfortable. I gave [name removed] a 10 but only because I couldn't go higher! [name removed] was always smiling and upbeat, patient, kind, need I say more??? [name removed] delivered on time and in move in condition, which was amazing to us because a lot needed to be cleaned after our walk through but [name removed] got it done. So we would and have recommended [name removed] and this fabulous community. I love the bug system in the walls by the way! Thanks for your concern and good choices in your hiring of Sy & [name removed]!! All good comments from us about [name removed] and the process that you truly did make a pleasure for us! FINS UP! All of the people at Minto have been exceptional. I would especially like to recognize the 4 people who went way above and beyond to make our experience outstanding. My sales agent [name removed] was amazing to work with. She was so helpful and you can see she truly believes in the product she sells. I could have not asked for a better sales person. The other 3 are [name removed] the builder, [name removed] in the design center and [name removed] from [name removed]. All of them exceeded my expectations and were wonderful to work with. Dislike [name removed] [name removed] as our mortgage company. They appeared to play games with the appraisal. Cost to us was about $5,000.00 out of pocket which was not expected.

Kept us informed and even through the Covid pandemic. [name removed] sent pictures and kept us updated on a weekly basis; was flexible in keeping our local representative informed, and checked on us when we move in. It is obvious that [name removed] has high standards because his crews workmanship was excellent. Appreciate at closing [name removed] Water was notified of closing to enable us to get another utility set up correctly.

I was extremely happy with my sales person, [name removed], my design person, and especially with my builder [name removed]. All were very professional and returned phone calls and answered questions promptly. [name removed] updated me weekly and sometimes more often than once a week with emails about the progress of my home and pictures. If I had questions he answered my text or email promptly and never made me feel like they were stupid or that I was an imposition. He is Professional, very personable, and very knowledgeable, and very patient! I have even heard Neighbor’s comment how helpful he was answering their questions even though he wasn’t their builder! He made my build stress-free! He is a class act & a genuine asset to [name removed]. Those of us who had him as our builder were truly lucky & blessed. I LOVE my home & I would highly recommend him!

Overall, I am very satisfied with my home and community. I love the MasterCare feature in that things can be made right. I have a few suggestions for improvement. 1) I wish there was better information with respect to selecting the A and B options (and in advance). Regarding the A selections in particular, I wish [name removed] had an advisor who was knowledgeable about each option and able to give the pros and cons of each especially since many people are new to FL. If I had to do it again, I would do multiple things differently, knowing what I know now. 2) I wish there was an independent home inspector hired by [name removed] to recognize and correct many of the things prior to closing. The final cleaning people should also have the ability to report obvious issues for correction. I wouldn't mind working for [name removed] to initiate some of these suggestions as I feel that I know so much having gone through the process. It has been an education! Again, overall I feel very satisfied with my purchase and working with my builder, [name removed] and my Master Care [name removed], [name removed]. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

I was required to wait too long to select my "Bs" and I suspect that was part of the problem. Work was not completed on time. I learned other homes that were started after mine had work shifted to them and away from my home. When my builder was re-assigned it took too long for my new builder to bet engaged. (Once he did it has been excellent) I've been in the home for over a month and there are still some fixes needed that were identified before I moved in. The "orientation" to our complex has been very poor. On the positive side. The crew at the sales center are all excellent. [name removed] was an excellent salesperson. [name removed] is the best All the people who work the Models are excellent as are the drivers of the bus to the Models.

Overall, [name removed] has been very responsive to items that needed fixing around our new home (we closed November 2020). [name removed] is always professional and responsive to our needs! However, I continue to have issues with my KitchenAide oven that is a little frustrating. The cooktop doesn't work properly. Also, we have oil stains on our pavers and rust stains on the curb where the street meets our driveway. We've had people out to take a look and they say this is a "problem" in [name removed] due to previous oil drips during construction and/or oil coming up through the soil. We've had it cleaned professionally and my husband is constantly cleaning as well. It always comes back. Lastly, our tile in the Master shower needs to be regrouted. The grout is 2-3 different colors and has chipped up or settled. All of this has been relayed to [name removed] and he did advise that the workers are very far behind in work orders. So far, we are enjoying living in this beautiful community and looking forward to our "odds & ends" to be corrected. Thank you, [name removed] 592 Landshark Blvd

Builder [name removed] was excellent with communication and pictures every week. He addressed all concerns efficiently. Closing was efficient and seamless, however after a rep met at the house with keys it fell apart. No gate passes or fobs for three days. A few other things lacked as well. In all it could have been handled more efficiently.

[name removed] didn't like that said they miss things sometimes because they are overwhelmed and hung up on me. i sent her a text saying that was not right never heard back and we were almost done so I didn't have to speak to her anymore but I did not complain to [name removed] because I think he was wonderful as our Sales Representative and during our process he got promoted which I feel was a great decision. [name removed] always got back right away and handled all of our concerns. So sorry about saying anything negative but since you asked I wouldn't be truthful if I didn't mention the damper [name removed] put on our expericence but [name removed] in our opinion is top notch! With everything you have put in place we feel you really care about our purchase! Especially having MasterCare for 2 yrs for any issues. Well done! I have to say we hit the jackpot when we got [name removed] as our builder. [name removed] has a perfect personality for his job! [name removed] took care of every issue and concern and made us feel very comfortable. I gave [name removed] a 10 but only because I couldn't go higher! All of the people at Minto have been exceptional. I would especially like to recognize the 4 people who went way above and beyond to make our experience outstanding. I was extremely happy with my sales person, [name removed], my design person, and especially with my builder [name removed]. All were very professional and returned phone calls and answered questions promptly. [name removed] updated me weekly and sometimes more often than once a week with emails about the progress of my home and pictures. If I had questions he answered my text or email promptly and never made me feel like they were stupid or that I was an imposition. He is Professional, very personable, and very knowledgeable, and very patient! I have even heard Neighbor’s comment how helpful he was answering their questions even though he wasn’t their builder! He made my build stress-free! He is a class act & a genuine asset to [name removed]. Those of us who had him as our builder were truly lucky & blessed. I LOVE my home & I would highly recommend him!

I was required to wait too long to select my "Bs" and I suspect that was part of the problem. Work was not completed on time. I learned other homes that were started after mine had work shifted to them and away from my home. When my builder was re-assigned it took too long for my new builder to bet engaged. (Once he did it has been excellent) I've been in the home for over a month and there are still some fixes needed that were identified before I moved in. The "orientation" to our complex has been very poor. On the positive side. The crew at the sales center are all excellent. [name removed] was an excellent salesperson. [name removed] is the best All the people who work the Models are excellent as are the drivers of the bus to the Models.

Builder [name removed] was excellent with communication and pictures every week. He addressed all concerns efficiently. Closing was efficient and seamless, however after a rep met at the house with keys it fell apart. No gate passes or fobs for three days. A few other things lacked as well. In all it could have been handled more efficiently.

Overall, [name removed] has been very responsive to items that needed fixing around our new home (we closed November 2020). [name removed] is always professional and responsive to our needs! However, I continue to have issues with my KitchenAide oven that is a little frustrating. The cooktop doesn't work properly. Also, we have oil stains on our pavers and rust stains on the curb where the street meets our driveway. We've had people out to take a look and they say this is a "problem" in [name removed] due to previous oil drips during construction and/or oil coming up through the soil. We've had it cleaned professionally and my husband is constantly cleaning as well. It always comes back. Lastly, our tile in the Master shower needs to be regrouted. The grout is 2-3 different colors and has chipped up or settled. All of this has been relayed to [name removed] and he did advise that the workers are very far behind in work orders. So far, we are enjoying living in this beautiful community and looking forward to our "odds & ends" to be corrected. Thank you, [name removed] 592 Landshark Blvd

Overall, I am very satisfied with my home and community. I love the MasterCare feature in that things can be made right. I have a few suggestions for improvement. 1) I wish there was better information with respect to selecting the A and B options (and in advance). Regarding the A selections in particular, I wish [name removed] had an advisor who was knowledgeable about each option and able to give the pros and cons of each especially since many people are new to FL. If I had to do it again, I would do multiple things differently, knowing what I know now. 2) I wish there was an independent home inspector hired by [name removed] to recognize and correct many of the things prior to closing. The final cleaning people should also have the ability to report obvious issues for correction. I wouldn't mind working for [name removed] to initiate some of these suggestions as I feel that I know so much having gone through the process. It has been an education! Again, overall I feel very satisfied with my purchase and working with my builder, [name removed] and my Master Care [name removed], [name removed]. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
