we only lived in the house for 1 month before we returned to our home in Maine. we are not satisfied with the condition of our tile floors. Very little protection was used during construction and we have many chipped tiles and the grout was scraped down to remove the dirt. very poor

Do take care of most issues in a timely manner. Have had an issue with contractors that are coming to fix something though not setting up a time and have often caught me at an inconvenient time

Landscape committee needs to be more realistic and responsive in meeting homeowners needs..For Example: Dead plants or scrubs need to be replaced before they are black or brown..diseased or dying landscape specimens detract from our vibrant community and should be a top priority for replacement

(1) [name removed], from MasterCare, does a great job at listening to us. However, he doesn't have the power to actually get things done....and that's not his fault. E.g., we reported an issue with the floor tile grout being different colors. We had to wait forever, for someone to even come out and look at it. Then, we waited for them to come out and do the repair. Then, we pointed out that the problem was never fixed...after they worked on it, for three days, during the week of 7/27. We reported it to [name removed] again, at our 6-Month review, in August. He has no idea, when they would be back out to correct it. We pointed out the mismatch of grout colors, during our walkthru...back in early February....it is now October and it hasn't been repaired...eight months. In another case, [name removed] tried to get a french drain installed, between our villa and the one next door, needed for flooding issues. He was overridden, on that decision. He tries to help us, but his hands are tied.

HOA approvals, need a little work. Mine seems to have missed two approval meetings. Its not critical, but could be a bit better. Also maybe add them to the HOA portal.

[name removed] has been outstanding in helping us get things corrected and fixed. She’s been very thorough going through our home with us identifying some things needing attention that we’d not even noticed. Her communication with us has been outstanding and she typically responds almost immediately when we have questions. She also alerts us that we have a contractor coming and immediately follows up once they’ve been here to ensure they did what they were supposed to.

Honestly, the service has been incredible. [name removed], our mastercare person has initiated contact in a timely manner and our builder, [name removed] lead a tight build. We've had very few issues and none that were of major impact. I've bought new several times before and never experienced such great service. The home quality has been outstanding. We love it!

Overall the experience was excellent. The only issue that could of been handled better was the landscaping. We had dead plants within the first month and still to this day have shrubs that are either dead or pulled out by the deer. We were also looking at rocks and dirt in the mulched area for the first eleven months. We don’t complain but [name removed] should pay a little more attention to the presentation of the outside of the houses and not just the entrance to the development.

Customer care has been good. The real problem has been I bought a premium lot on the preserve. Knowing it was a overflow drain there. But they cleared half of the preserve leaving no vegetation. After a lot pressure they put in one by one bottle brush plants on property to help camouflage. Still unsatisfactory. Also drainage problem that’s a on going problem. Everyone trying on going since March. To soon for warranty.

Why I am giving a six (6) on overall quality is because the cut-off date of this survey has not allowed sufficient time for building issues to be resolved. I am confident that if more time was alloted the evaluation would be a 10 but until issues are completed to satisfaction this will have to be my answer. It is not [removed]'s lack of response, his has been excellent. It is the higher and outside agencies not communicating well with one another which is causing delays pertaining to some major issues with my property and within the community.

If he dose not know the answer to my question, Which is rare, he gets back to me with the answer the same day. He is polite and professional at all times.We feel blessed to have him as our Master Care representative. We we’re not as lucky with our builder.
