The warranty service under my Master Care rep [name removed] has been superb. He is incredibly attentive to the many issues that have arose after moving into our new home. [name removed] and many of the repair people have done an admirable job of resolving numerous "fit & finish" issues, damage during building, etc. [name removed] represents what I would consider "best in class" for the work he does. Specifically, he listens well, understands a new homeowners concerns, clearly explains what he can or can't do, and always works towards resolution of reasonable customers issues. He is also incredibly responsive, and he always responds to our calls very quickly. More than anyone else during this experience with [name removed], [name removed] is the one person who rises to the top from a customer-service standpoint. He is known in the community as the most effective Master Care representative, and his contribution to [name removed]'s reputation is invaluable.

The fast and efficient response to all my issues. Although, I haven't had a lot they are all being addressed quickly. Mostly it is me the has kept some things from getting done when [name removed]'s could have done it because I travel and I am not there fro several months at a time. The staff have all be great!!!!

I like that it is in place. Just wish there was someone to go through the place with a fine toothed comb and fix things prior to closing. I think the cleaning people are probably the ones to see a lot of the flaws. They should be trained to blue tape and report things for correction.

My biggest concern is the increase in the HOA fees. From $244 to $300 in 13 months. That's a 23 percent increase. I bought here because the fees were supposed to remain low.

The [name removed] representatives have taken a blind-eye to the impact the newly planned purchase and development of the Cloar property will have on the residents - especially those living on Lost Shaker Way (which will become a main avenue of entrance and exit from that new parcel). Additionally, there is already a significant safety issue in the area of the mail boxes at the corner of Lost Shaker Way and Landshark Blvd., which will become a much more hazardous area once the traffic on Lost Shaker Way increases due to the planned development. Hundreds of people have voiced their concerns. [name removed] has held several meetings, heard the concerns, and taken only minimal, ineffective actions (more show than glow) to resolve. They have not even responded to most of the issues, and nothing we've heard will have any affect on the items we've reported to them.

We had a problem with our heat pump and when we called you responded very quickly. However we are still waiting for our back patio to be fixed and you were supposed to power wash our back patio and linai so we could seal it because the base is currently sand and the sand is tracked into the house all the time.

Why I am giving a six (6) on overall quality is because the cut-off date of this survey has not allowed sufficient time for building issues to be resolved. I am confident that if more time was alloted the evaluation would be a 10 but until issues are completed to satisfaction this will have to be my answer. It is not [removed]'s lack of response, his has been excellent. It is the higher and outside agencies not communicating well with one another which is causing delays pertaining to some major issues with my property and within the community.

The [name removed] representatives have taken a blind-eye to the impact the newly planned purchase and development of the Cloar property will have on the residents - especially those living on Lost Shaker Way (which will become a main avenue of entrance and exit from that new parcel). Additionally, there is already a significant safety issue in the area of the mail boxes at the corner of Lost Shaker Way and Landshark Blvd., which will become a much more hazardous area once the traffic on Lost Shaker Way increases due to the planned development. Hundreds of people have voiced their concerns. [name removed] has held several meetings, heard the concerns, and taken only minimal, ineffective actions (more show than glow) to resolve. They have not even responded to most of the issues, and nothing we've heard will have any affect on the items we've reported to them.

Our Mastercare rep, [name removed] is fantastic. He responds immediately to our requests and continually checks in for completion. Unfortunately, some of our items out of [name removed]'s control, are still lingering with little to no communication or resolution.

We had a problem with our heat pump and when we called you responded very quickly. However we are still waiting for our back patio to be fixed and you were supposed to power wash our back patio and linai so we could seal it because the base is currently sand and the sand is tracked into the house all the time.
