We had a section of soffit come loose from the front of our home. Upon inspecting it, we found it was not installed properly. We contacted Master Care and they came out and reinstalled it. We have found other minor problems that we are still waiting to be repaired.

My only complaint is the washer leaked the first time I used it and the dryer is not working - it sets for 45 min but within 10min it says it's done. Otherwise my builder [name removed] was incredible answering all of my questions and explained things well on the walk through - the quality of the home is very good. I haven't moved in yet but have stayed there a couple of times - I'm very happy with the house! The contract experience went very smooth. All things were explained to me clearly. They were very patient with all of my questions. They made the whole experience fun. One problem that I had was with the design center. I felt rushed to finish picking out my things that if I had not reminded her we would have forgotten to order appliances and then in the afternoon we noticed that we had not picked out the lighting so I had to rush picking them out. Overall it was a positive experience.

First of all, my builder [name removed] was great to work with. I have two disappointing issues that provide [name removed] with an opportunity to do better, and have a more satisfied customer. First, During the Group A selection process I paid for extra rain gutters. “Exterior gutters at sides and rear of house.“ There are NO gutters across the rear of the house! During common [name removed] summer rain storms, there is a waterfall of water (I have video) that pours down where two different roof lines meet and form a valley. This washes away all of the mulch below and also causes flooding water to back up into my lanai. This should be unacceptable and I find it very disappointing. First, the group A selection is misleading. Secondly no one who understands rainfall and what happens below the roof should build a home without gutters at the junction of two different angle roofs where the water is funneled & comes pouring down line a waterfall in one spot. Please either rewrite your group selections, or better yet, offer completed gutters that truly offer protection from these downpours and the mess that it makes. This should have been figured out in phase 1. I am in phase 3. Very disappointing. The second issue is the poor quality of the standard paint used in the interior of the home. Any slight touch of hands or anything else causes permanent marking. This low quality quality paint can’t be wiped clean. This is especially evident during the move-in process. At least leave the homeowner a quart of paint for touch-up. Overall, everything else has so far been very good. That said,?[name removed] should be ashamed of themselves with the rear gutters and should rectify this issue as a basic good building principle. I. My business this type of omission would have been corrected early on. Call me and I’ll show it to someone. Thank you for your consideration of this feedback. Sincerely, [name removed] 516-526-3674

[name removed] and [name removed] were always cheerful, awesome, professional, friendly and always there to help and make you the feeling you can trust them. Both were wonderful to work with. Honestly I can’t say enough good things about them. [name removed] is lucky to have them as part of their staff. I can honestly say I don’t think you could find better employees then both of them. [name removed] who did my Option A was also professional, friendly and very helpful in the short time I worked with her. Just about all the staff that I met were friendly, professional and helpful. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same about [name removed], as she was rude at times, not always helpful, Her impatience made us feel she was doing us a favor. I am sorry to say was not very professional and made mistakes on my B Options that I missed and was disappointing as we saw her note changes but were not recorded. We spent a lot of time explaining and showing her pics of paint colors, the soap and garbage disposal button being on left and right side of kitchen faucet as in other models, instead both were placed on same side. Our interaction with [name removed] very surprising based on the rest of your staff. I would suggest that she take some customer service classes, as even if she was having a bad day it should not reflect back to her customers as these are major purchases. A nice touch was the bow on the door and gifts given after you closed on your home.

Covid regulations did not help anything, but that is just one of those things. There isn't one go to person during the entire process. You go from a sales person to interior sales person, etc. Eventually there are so many people involved that you do not know who is in charge of the sale. It's not until you are in contact with your builder, in my case [name removed], that there is one person that can get answers for you.

I love the house & it’s design. Although the homes are close they are designed like you have privacy. I dislike the fact that it takes forever to get approval to do work, like plant a tree, from the board. I also dislike that the community has done nothing to make our lake more attractive, like some trees around it. We as homeowners would love to do this project ourselves, with approval but are not allowed to do anything on the property that is not ours. We live in [name removed] & would like for it to look like [name removed] in the back of our homes.

Like most neighbors. pool, and gym. Some members think they are the only homeowners here. Too many rules and enforcing them is impossible. The master care people are awesome. [name removed] is the best! He deserves a raise. The greenery landscapers do a much better job in keeping(commons) entrance area pristine. [name removed] so much for homes. Sod was replaced and have problem with centipeds

I love the house & it’s design. Although the homes are close they are designed like you have privacy. I dislike the fact that it takes forever to get approval to do work, like plant a tree, from the board. I also dislike that the community has done nothing to make our lake more attractive, like some trees around it. We as homeowners would love to do this project ourselves, with approval but are not allowed to do anything on the property that is not ours. We live in [name removed] & would like for it to look like [name removed] in the back of our homes.

Have been dissatisfied with response to my HOA problems with my landscaping which should be a part of overall satisfaction. Home in itself has been good but ARB regarding issues not satisfactory. But overall minus those issues, good experience.

Like most neighbors. pool, and gym. Some members think they are the only homeowners here. Too many rules and enforcing them is impossible. The master care people are awesome. [name removed] is the best! He deserves a raise. The greenery landscapers do a much better job in keeping(commons) entrance area pristine. [name removed] so much for homes. Sod was replaced and have problem with centipeds
