[name removed] my Master Care representative has been very helpful. The Saturday we had the freak hail storm he even called to make sure everything was ok. Whenever I have an issue he takes care of it right away and if he needs to have a repair scheduled he will call me to follow up.

Our sales rep [name removed] and builder [name removed] were excellent, always there to answer questions, provide guidance and very efficient in addressing any concerns. I would highly recommend them to those considering purchasing a home here. The only concern I have that wasn't addressed is the AT&T cable box installed on the front of the villa which draws away from the pristine look of the villa.

[name removed] is wonderful! We had issues when we moved it. It took 5 months to have our backsplash replaced because it had cut outs for wires that we not used. We are still waiting for pavers to be fixed. The puddle inside the back of the lanai is NOT acceptable. Other minor issues with pavers. Need paint fixed in places. Dishwasher shelf not installed correctly, waiting for a part??? [name removed] has been wonderful. He had contacted the trades and had them here to fix many problems. He is dealing with the french drain that got washed away in the back yard. Hopefully this will be fixed before the rainly season. I am so glad there is a two year warranty on the house as many more small items have come up since moving in. I don't think other communities do this;

First let me say that I love my home however communication after the closing has not been the best. I emailed my builder regarding a couple of items within a few days after closing and he responded quickly however since then I've emailed multiple times and have received no response nor have I received a phone call from our Mastercare rep as many of my neighbors who closed after me already have. I received a call to confirm the painting touchup however I was never contacted by anyone to set the appt, I have dogs and have to make arrangements for them before anyone should be coming in. I work from home also so that depends on scheduled appts as well. I have had an issue with my shower floor and have asked my builder again several times and to which he had a cleaning company come out and look at it and clean however they stated when leaving that it wasn't going to fix the issue of to which I emailed my builder on 3 different occasions and have asked what is going to happen now and still no reply. There is grout and calking problems in my main and guest shower that was taped by my builder on day of closing that has yet to be addressed. Minto Communities has lived up to its commitments in terms of delivering my completed home even earlier than forecast; all amenities and facilities promised have been fulfilled; and the quality of my home is very good. I liked best working with my interior design consultant, [name removed], and with my building superintendent, [name removed]. Did not like working so much with my sales agent - it was very difficult to get her to call me back after leaving messages

We like the fact that the care representative is committed to correct the identified issues based on our available schedule. For example, we were supposed to get a box of spare tiles for the house which were not provided originally. She agreed to pick them up for us and save it until we got back to town.

I was satisfied with my original construction supervisor [name removed], however during his absence and through transition the communication was few and far between. Known problems were in my home and it was extremely difficult to get them addressed. I brought it to the companys attention BEFORE it got to what it resulted in but received nothing but excuses or was ignored entirely

Am only a sometimes resident, I haven't had much contact with customer care service. Every question has been answered promptly and repairs, etc response has been very quick, relatively speaking. the largest problem, if it can be said to be a problem, is contacting me and scheduling around my visits to my southern mansion.

As far as the overall quality of the home in its final state there are some things that have been undone or not as high quality as we would expect from a new home. This includes lighting, tile, doors, etc. All in all, I score the house an 8 out of 10, but there is room for improvement for sure. Thanks for listening.

From the moment we stepped off the shuttle bus to tour the models we were in love. We came back 4 weeks later and signed the contract. [name removed] was our agent and she was extremely knowledgeable and we sailed through the process. [name removed] was our builder, even though he didn't communicate with us on a regular basis to let us know what was going on, he was very nice and seemed to know what he was doing.

After one year we still have not been able to fix items that require attention. Construction traffic is still exiting through the east gate of [name removed] avenue which happens to be a completed neighborhood. The gate is not always closed and we thought this was a gated community, so far that has not proven to be true.

All of this stuff was probably buried in paperwork given to us but not clearly pointed out. We had a few issues prior to our closing and we given no direction just told [name removed] had the right to do things and read your contract

We felt rushed in the design center while selecting "B' options. More time should have been allocated as we only had 3 hours in selecting our options. As a result, we felt that not all options were covered. While speaking to other residents, some spent a full day selecting options. There are a few things we would have selected which where not explained. We had a great builder who answered all our questions and concerns. He went out of his way to explain the build process. I will highly recommend him to anyone.

Did not like working so much with my sales agent - it was very difficult to get her to call me back after leaving messages

Every person we've encountered associated with [name removed] has been a joy. The amenities in [name removed] are great. The two year warranty on our home is fantastic. The food at the Bar and Chill is adequate but often hit and miss.

After one year we still have not been able to fix items that require attention. Construction traffic is still exiting through the east gate of [name removed] avenue which happens to be a completed neighborhood. The gate is not always closed and we thought this was a gated community, so far that has not proven to be true.

[name removed] seems to put its own needs ahead of the community needs from time to time. Some of the features amenities and services were misrepresented or not clearly explained at times. All of this stuff was probably buried in paperwork given to us but not clearly pointed out. We had a few issues prior to our closing and we given no direction just told [name removed] had the right to do things and read your contract

The whole process was smooth and informative. Every Friday our builder sent photos and kept us updated as to what was happening each week. Unfortunately, due to Covid we were not able to come down until recently but we are thoroughly enjoying our new home!
