There is an awful smell coming from my bathroom that disrupts my sleep and is causing headaches and difficulties breathing.

I really love the house. We were able to do some upgrades and Newcastle worked with opus on a few things to help us with future upgrades we will be doing ourselves. There have been a few minor details that were overlooked. A severely cracked bathroom tile but it was repaired! There was exterior dark green paint all over an a window frame but I was able to remove it with a soapy sponge and patience. Our builder is attentive in listening and getting someone out to fix other small problems as they arise. But overall we feel the house is solid and well done and lives up to the Newcastle standards!

We love the home buying experience we got to see the house multiple times we looked at other houses on our street but we fell in love with ours the moment we pulled into the neighborhood!

Dislike the workers they were very nasty and didn’t care about the home. I’m still finding trash that they left around the home.
