The sales, front office and executive leadership are terrible. We were lied to by the original sales person about financial incentives. That same sales person also sent our personal financial information to another agent not representing us. We met with the CFO several times because the CEO refuses to me with buyers. The CFO never directly responded to us or resolved any issues. This companies entire leadership and sales needs a reorganization and business process improvement

We liked that Newcastle builds quality homes and allows some personalization; [name removed] was amazing through the entire process; we enjoyed the design process but wish there had been more computer-aided modeling and design- it's hard to visualize the home without walking through it; there are small things you can never think of until the house is built- light placement or lack thereof, getting colors just right

I liked just about everything about my purchase experience, even when I wanted to give up my realtor and lender were there to keep me motivated and to keep pushing through. The New Castle staff from the agent to the builder were very nice and knowledgeable. I was able to select from homes that had all the features that I wanted in a home. I like that they selected products for the home that they would want in their own homes. They made me feel welcome to my new home before I actually moved in. If I had to do the experience over again, I definitely would.

The process and communication was good throughout the building of our home. We were frustrated about a few things (like watering our bushes before we moved in with all the heat but those that died were replaced). We are very happy ?? with our home and neighborhood.

This is the first time we’ve purchased a new build. Newcastle was very communicative and made it easy to understand each step of the process. They rectified every concern prior to move in, no matter how minor. The price was fair and the home is incredible.

Love everything except for landscaping part in the backyard. Did not have grass for me at the end of my backyard and right now the weeds is all over. Why wasn't the grass fully installed all the way?

bad sod with dead spots in our lawn/ irrigation not covering the whole landscape leaky chimney with damage to inside wall with wet moldy wall...

There are things that we were told would be fixed (new cabinet door in primary), fixed lock on front door, and other things. Also, we got the warranty info after final walk through and many things, like cracked flooring tiles, are only covered if found prior to walk through, but no one told us that prior to reading it at closing. I think that’s dirty.
