I don’t think the finishes around the house are the best standard. A lot of the work seems rushed to get onto the next one. The grass is put on top of brick/concrete causing the yard to struggle to grow in.

The home itself is beautiful. The hill was supposed to be cut down before I moved in and never happened. Within 2 days of living in the house, I had water draining issues. Issue got resolved but response from new castle was a little concerning as if it was my fault. Overall I am pleased with the house.

[name removed] was very helpful. The house was very clean when I moved in. The real estate taxes weren't paid when I arrived and that was a hassle to resolve. I was told screens came with the house and they didn't. The septic system wasn't working properly but was resolved quickly.

It’s been a pleasant experience from the word go. Even through the stresses of selling/buying, everyone from ground up was very patient and helpful with us through every process. We would definitely recommend.

Overall an excellent experience but had sewage grinder malfunction the first week. Repair person said it had been turned off. Person I spoke with at water company was rude. Quality of painting remains lacking despite redo. Toe molding by doors is loose. Small but annoying

The communication with the warranty office was great. They had quick responses and seemed to assign my issues to individuals to get the problems solved, but there was often no follow through. There are items on the list that were made before closing that have never been addressed.
