Love everything except for landscaping part in the backyard. Did not have grass for me at the end of my backyard and right now the weeds is all over. Why wasn't the grass fully installed all the way?

bad sod with dead spots in our lawn/ irrigation not covering the whole landscape leaky chimney with damage to inside wall with wet moldy wall...

There are things that we were told would be fixed (new cabinet door in primary), fixed lock on front door, and other things. Also, we got the warranty info after final walk through and many things, like cracked flooring tiles, are only covered if found prior to walk through, but no one told us that prior to reading it at closing. I think that’s dirty.
