What I liked most about my experience was the high level of transparency throughout the entire sales process. The team provided frequent and clear updates on the progress, which gave me confidence and peace of mind along the way. I also appreciated the quick and thorough responses to my questions and clarifications. Even after closing, I’ve been impressed with how promptly issues have been addressed and taken care of. That level of responsiveness really stood out and made the transition into the home much smoother. What could be improved: - Though the responses to questions were quick and helpful, it would be even better if a consolidated document of frequently asked questions were provided for easy offline reference. This would make it simpler to find answers without having to ask the same questions again.

I have had issues with my flooring getting sounds when I walk I have raised the issue multiple times and I was told that it is common and we cannot do anything, so the customer service is little bad

[name removed] and [name removed] were so great to work with, love their weekly phone calls. Dislike the garage, seems cheap and shakes/is noisy in little wind. Also, never got asked about the mud room in design. That is what I was looking forward to the most about the house. Never got to put one in.

I mostly enjoyed my home buying experience, where the Sales Representative [name removed] helps us understand the process thoroughly and guides us on how the entire process works. She never hides anything from us, and that is the best part about her. Overall, our experience with [name removed] was outstanding. Our experience in the Design Center was amazing as well. We forgot her name, but she spent two consecutive days with us, helping us pick appropriate materials and items with proper explanations that include cost, durability, looks, etc. My wife and I enjoyed those times. My friends with other builders mentioned that their design center experience was stressful, but for us, it was a stellar opposite. We never forget the name of our Building Manager because of his passion for building houses and delivering them to his customers. We had a great experience with [name removed], who took the time to explain each and every detail of the house during the construction phase. He and [name removed] used to call me every week to update me on the overall construction status and answer my questions. Even after the house was closed, [name removed] reached out to check if I needed any help or if there were any issues he could address. Overall, he is an excellent building manager. At the end, I would like to mention the materials of the Normandy Home. Many friends visited the house, and they all said that the material of the house is good and looks durable. Also, we did not find any outstanding or major issues so far. So far, our experience with the Normandy Warranty team has been positive, since they addressed all our requests. Although these are minor issues, their response has been immediate.

From the day we walked in to the model home to receiving the key, she was on top of things and kept us informed. Normandy is lucky to have [name removed] on the team!

The incentive on preferred lender was absolutely lies! The house itself per quality have many minir issues and when I asked for the warranty, the handyman guy came and put finger on the less serious issue Asked me to do some of them by myself ! And after 3 times texting me and while I was busy with job, he closed my case! In general, I would definitely not recommend Normandy homes and their lender, the GreenBrick. I will start to put more info with the videos on social media, soon.

I liked the response time, and even though I had a clear, single point of contact at Normandy, there were always others willing to jump in communications to help speed things along. And while there are little repairs needed here and there, the Normandy team has been very responsive and quick to come out and fix.

From beginning to end, I valued the professionalism, support, detailed information, guidance, and communication offered by Sales Rep [name removed] and Building Manager [name removed]. Both were exceptional. Our experience at the Design Center was also fantastic. While I can't recall her name, she excelled at her role and patiently helped us comprehend everything to guarantee we selected the right design elements for our home. The Loan officer, [name removed], is quite helpful. He guided us through the loan process step by step and clarified the intricacies of its financial elements.

I bought a Normandy home last year in the celina hills community and now in cross creek. The overall quality was much better in [name removed] hills. Some things like having the trim paint in closets made normandy stand out from the other builders and we liked that the most in celina hills. I’m disappointed that wasn’t done here in cross creek despite of requesting it several times.
