There were some issues i identified during warranty but was not addressed . One big one was bathroom countertops (venetian marble) is showing lot of discoloration spots but was told by warranty mgr that its not covered under warranty.Its a quality issue as i have just used tap water to clean it till now and even if that is not safe for venetian marble then why do you guys even have that bad quality countertop as an option. Second one is my chandelier is crooked , i was told that the chadelier i have is not longer is production so i said to give the chandelier which is in model home and i will pay the price difference but there was no action on it. Third is front yard tree I was given dead front yard tree and warranty mgr was quick enough to replace it but it was again replaced with tree which is showing no sign of growth

I liked the way sales manager([name removed]) explained the details and helped me to completed purchase steps. Also builder manager was very helpful in fix the issues we and private inspection found. Overall I liked the home and construction. Specifically, prewired of security and sound systems. provision for speakers and security cameras. 8/9" doors, quality kitchen cabinets. Dislikes/Improvements: * It would be nice if Normandy help to change small thing before buying like upgrade appliances (i was ready to pay extra for upgrades) * Pre-closure private inspection found 20+ issues, couple of them are critical. I would request Normandy team give additional attention to quality of completion for the work done by contractors.

The process was wonderful, the ability to watch the house being built from start to finish was so nice; how many people can say that and be able to see that. All of the people we worked with through the process were kind, professional and willing to help especially [name removed], who bar none is one of the best and insightful people we've met. His experience and knowledge is something we cherish always. From the day we walked into the sales office, we had the pleasure of meeting [name removed]. She was always informative and provided updated information each week. She, too is a gem! We also interacted with [name removed] on occasion and he was quite helpful, too.

What we liked about our experience was our sales agent [name removed]. He was very responsive for our emails and phone communications. He proactively reached out if there were any things that we missed or any advice needed as a first-time home buyer. Even after the purchase of the home, he made sure to follow up with us regarding our filter changes or things we can do during winter to save our pipes during the storm. Even during the purchase of our home, [name removed] make sure that you're not rushed and took our time to make a sane decision We got a home that fell through from a different buyer during the closing, so our experience between contract and movement was only 30 days. There was nothing that We disliked.

Sales Manager [name removed] was just awesome! What I did not like is the fact that kitchen cabinets are mdf by default and wood is available only as upgrade. The stain choices for cabinet is only limited to one stain color. Construction manager [name removed] was very patient in answering all my questions. The quality of construction is excellent. I did not like the fact that media room did not have any option to insert sound insulation batts in the walls to make it more sound proof.

We absolutely loved [name removed], we had previously worked with another builder and while cross shopping we spoke to many different property managers and [name removed] was just 100% up to speed on everything, she knew every detail, every question was always instantly answered. She was always 100% responsive in emails and was always within reach in a matter of minutes, weekends, nights, didn't matter she was always available to respond and get back to us. Compared to others we've worked with she was just on-point.

From the start of the contract to end was smooth and no hassle and happy there was no delay. The only thing I disliked was too much wait time for initial signing of contract which made me almost sign with other builder . Few of my friends also signed with other builders in painted tree community due to no proper transparency over lots and everything going on under the table .

The construction is good, but the finishing part: 1. Already cracks in the walls. 2. The garage looks like very old not new. 3. The kitchen light is located in the hall way not in kitchen 4. Not enough plug points 4. Already craks in the new drive way 5. The lawn is crap grass with full of weeds 6.Back gate is not practicle and there no place to park trash cans.

[name removed]. She needs pay rise. Only because of her we bought home without second opinion. [name removed] will always do her job good. So is the reason she is involved in floor plans redesign so that it will please all types of buyers. I have been trying to buy home since 2021 visited many sales offices but without appointment, we barged her sales office in PT and the way she gave all the info to 5 families waiting outside without any hesitation multi tasking we were bowled. I know many do not like her but she is doing her job right and has answered my emails and calls 7 am and 10 pm (initial days) and her weekoff too (Tue, Wed). She is right sales person who knows how to sell : ) kudos to her.

I had such a positive experience. I was so impressed with how patient everyone was with my indecision, willingness to work with my schedule. I could tell everyone genuinely wanted what was best for me. If anything was not up to my expectations, they fixed it. Normandy was very impressive. The only thing I would change is the option to upgrade the paint quality.

There was a reduction of price during our house building process in the community. While every other builder honored the reduced prices, Normandy homes sales team and the corporate team were very rude in discussing that with us, when we asked to honor the new price.

I like to express my utmost dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had with your sales manager and closing officials during my home purchase process. It is with great disappointment that I feel compelled to share my feedback, as the level of service provided fell far below my expectations. From the beginning of my interaction with your sales manager, I encountered several issues that left me frustrated and dissatisfied. Firstly, there was a lack of responsiveness as soon as I have signed for the contract, everything got changed, the ball went to the other court (sales manager's) and no conserns/issues from my end were totally ignored. I can understand that you (Normandy) care about your sales improvements but at the same time understanding the customers problems is also a crucial part of any fair business. I genuinely started my purchase process with a very transperant interest in buying home with Normandy, but the same return transperancy is totally missed from the sales manager. I really faced many personal issues once I signed for the home, but the sales manager is not helpful despite of having options to help me to make my situations comfortable. They did not even considered some situations which are not at all under my control. In such my unavoidable situations despite of helping me they even made the situations more difficult. More than a 50+ email conversations were occurred where a simple decision can be made by the closing team and sales manager to complete the closing process in a very smooth way. Furthermore, I encountered several instances of unprofessional behavior, including rudeness, dismissiveness, and an overall lack of respect for my concerns and questions. This created a hostile environment that made it incredibly difficult to trust and rely on the individuals involved. I want to emphasize that buying a home is an extremely significant and emotional milestone for individuals and families. It requires a high level of professionalism, competence, and empathy from the entire team involved in the process. Unfortunately, my experience with your sales manager and closing officials did not live up to these expectations. As a result of these numerous shortcomings, I am left feeling frustrated, disheartened, and questioning my decision to choose Normandy for this important investment. I believe it is crucial for you as a management team to be aware of the issues I encountered so that you can take appropriate action to prevent such incidents from recurring in the future. In light of the above, I kindly request a thorough investigation into the matter and a resolution that addresses the concerns I have raised. I believe it is essential for Normandy homes to prioritize customer satisfaction and take the necessary steps to rectify this situation. I trust that you will treat this matter with the seriousness it deserves and provide me with a prompt response outlining the actions you intend to take to address my concerns. It was definitely not a good customer service experience. I signed contract on First first week of march and was rushed to closing on first week of april. Just like Normandy respects own employee time and doesnt give appointments they should also respect buyers time. Lot of things were against standard. First i asked for standard 45 days of time between contract signing and closing so that i can do some loan shopping and even loan processor doesnt have to hurry. I literally have to take leaves from work to expedite loan process. Orientation happened 1 day before that too when i pushed otherwise normandy was in mood to even close without orientation , final walkthru and without fixing home inspection items . Again i i have to take leaves for these small things and visit mode home many time so that my orientation is schwduled on time. Standard is 7 day before closing Third on day of closing your title company didn’t put my wife name on special warranty deed and were blaming lender. But actual issue was my wife name was not put in purchase contract. I have email where i have asked to put my wife name in purchase contract but at that time i was told not needed and title company will take care of adding to special warranty deed.when i raised this concern they said get it done by visiting county office. If title company has not prepared correct documentation then why did they took money for their service. Just like normandy respects their time and money and not ready to move closing date even after committing blunders. In the same way they should respect buyers time and money as well
