There was significant delay in delivering the home. The landscaping is not is acceptable condition even after moving in for a month. There are uneven walls inside the house. [name removed] has nails popping out. The kitchen range hood's brand is not Whirlpool. The thermostat in the master bedroom does not connect to wi-fi. I am worried about all these defects.

Horrible pre-post close warranty/service experience. There are items from my pre closure that have still not been addressed. For the new ones opened its been over a month and yet no one has come to fix the issues, including a leak from the roof.

I like Quality of the material and builder never rush for work. Home building took little higher time than regular due to covid. Some times material got delayed due to Covid Pandemic. But I can understand this situation. [name removed] and [name removed] helped me on every step. Thanks to them.

Experience with [name removed] is real bad. He responds to the mails very late and quality of service is not expected on timely manner. He is not a good listener to know the problems.

On the Contract Day: [name removed] Person ([name removed]) showed me her manager email with bed and bath 5 price marked as $8950/-. I went ahead and signed the contract based on the information provided. Around a month later I received addenda with revised price of around $12500. I was looted with this money. Move-in: My move-in dates were re-scheduled 8 times (Oct 26, 30, Nov 6, 9, 11, 13, Nov 16 @10am, Nov 16@2pm). My apartment lease expiry was on Oct 30 2020. After getting a confirmation from [name removed] team, I did not request for lease extension. From Nov 2nd to Nov 16 I was literally out and getting help from friends for stay during Pandemic. Really Sick of Normandy Homes. Construction: No clear plan on AC Vent pipes install. During construction process, I was assured that bed 2 roof will be lifted to get ac vents out without damaging the exterior appeal. But, Siding was provided instead of existing planned bricks on the exterior. I HATE NORMANDY HOMES FOR THESE AND MANY OTHER STRESSING ENCOUNTERS

Very responsive. [name removed] is easily accessible and listens to concerns. Had few hiccups towards closing, but [name removed] made sure to take care of everything. His expertise and experience helped.

No warranty service request has been fixed in the last 5 months. such a poor quality service. Best advise to Normandy please close your business you are not capable to build homes

[name removed] staff was good, liked them. Bad customer experience from [name removed], instead of fixing problems he was rude. His boss has to talk to us fixing the issues. Had 2 major concerns how ac units were placed wish we had proper communication and brick issue. Other than that we had good time.

You need to improve a lot in customer service. People lost trust on Normandy... Earn trust by selling it right & delivering it right.... For you this is business but for buyers this is emotional connect and they are putting life savings on their dream home and you guys treat them as money making machine.... This attitude in your employees will always put your company in a very bad spot. As you can see already American Legend is selling more houses than you .. this is just because of above issues. Very rarely [name removed] buyers refer to friends and family because every buyer had very very rough and painful journey with this construction process. So if you really want to make some money then stay like this and slowly go down otherwise fix these issues and grow big.

We liked the overall service provided by Normandy staff ([name removed] and [name removed]). They were always available and responded promptly. The design center appointment was not very smooth though. We weren't presented with many choices and the resource provided to us was very impatient.

[name removed] loan officer didn't give me good interest rate. I came to know know most of the house owners are getting 2.5% for 30 yr loan. Secondly, selling agent didn't give me [name removed] contact information knowingly since I was out of state.

My Experience with Following Point of Contact [name removed] Manager : 1. [name removed] - Excellent to work with and always transparent and answer reply quickly. 2. [name removed] [name removed] - Very nice to work with and resolved many issues. Builder 1. [name removed]: Very bad experience, he is not responsible. He is rud and not come to any agreement. Never come to a conclusion and treat customers/me/my wife very badly. [name removed] is not a help to me is any point. I do not appreciate [name removed] how he treated me. 2. [name removed]: Excellent builder and had an excellent experience. [name removed] resolved many issues just like that and always helped us throughout our journey to cross the finish line. I appreciate [name removed]'s help and co-operations. In the middle of my construction changing builder from [name removed] to [name removed] was a great decision. I will never recommend [name removed] as a builder.
