Overall we are happy with the house. However, we did have to go through several issues after we moved in - we had a water leak in the master bathroom which almost caused us to fall; our main condensation line was blocked for months before the maintenance team could figure out the issue; the oven tripped the breaker every time it was turned on etc.. Gladly these issues are all resolved now, but having to go through constant non-stop issues and maintenance was exhausting. There is another issue that’s been ongoing which we find inconvenient - given all the construction around the house, the road is always dirty, muddy, and you can always find trash flying/traveling down the road and our front yard. The roads are also full of nails which presents a hazard for our cars/tires.

Process was good and team was active in responding in queries. Didn't go well was some sales strategy where I rushed up signing contract without going through some of the contract documents and designs and some part of it is my mistake also.

The people are friendly but of the contractors used are questionable including the painter used in the original build and the brickers used to repair a leaking wall that clogged my gutters and used non-matching brick. There is a lose tile that existed from the beginning deemed to be not warranty and the vents leak during directional rain also said to be normal. I don't think this should be expected of homes at this level.

Home layouts and build quality are great. Staff is great who helps and answers all the questions. Homes are bit pricy for what we get.

Warranty service is fine but the overall quality of construction is not worth the price a buyer is paying. Payed $3000 for cabinet paint which is not up to the mark, have had painters work on this a few times already but there are still areas that are rough. Might have been be lot better off doing a factory painted cabinets than a on site painted ones. The house is almost 1 million but the fence installed is cheap side to side. At this price point customer expects better quality, it feels like it’s just another way of cutting costs.

The final walk was on the day of our closing. The floors were caked in mud there were a dozen people running around doing last minute touch ups with very little attention to detail. We had no choice to move in the following day and deal with having to clean a dirty home ourselves, followed by weeks of contractors coming through our doors and taking time off work to supervise. No what I would ever expect for a home of this price point of from a supposed “luxury” builder. Very disappointed.
