Dislike: Overall, felt like there was constant paperwork to review and sign. Lots of vendors to deal with (SST, design studio, sunrun). Delay in close date (not [name removed]’s fault). Like: Responsive and knowledgeable team who allows us to communicate via text, lots of updates via newsletters, opportunity to meet neighbors at sponsored events.

Everyone was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! Especially [name removed] and [name removed]! The entire process was seamless - everything was so organized. As first time homebuyers, this was sooo helpful!

Thank you [name removed] company for these beautiful 3 floor townhomes! I've always wanted one and so grateful my husband and I had the opportunity to buy in this crazy LA market. I also enjoyed Jan and [name removed]'s professionalism. They were always kind and knowledgeable, answered any questions we had. However, I noticed my kitchen cabinets were damaged upon move in but [name removed] did put in a request to patch it up. Additionally the light fixtures continue to rust even after it was replaced. My husband and I are worried about the moisture in the bathroom not being sucked out properly or even causing mold in the future.

I wish the sellers would have been more upfront about the total price you would spend beyond the asking price. The thing I did not like most was the design experience and how expensive upgrades were.

Contract period was easy, our home advisors were great, easy to reach and answered all of our questions. I liked the online design portal to see all options. We enjoyed being able to visit our home under construction.

We had some issues with the cabinets and [name removed] was responsive in coordinating visits with Cabinets2000 with each hiccup. Having [name removed] be responsive and play an active part of our home solutions gave us confidence that we are supported and that we made the right decision purchasing with [name removed]. I liked that the warranty service / customer care experience was still around after the turnover of the house and keys. I feel like with other homes, once you get the house, you are pretty much just on your own. It has been nice to have regular check ins with [name removed] / Jan to see how things are going and if anything is needed with the house. If anything needs attention, they really work to help you resolve the problem in a timely manner.

I really liked that Olson was VERY communicative with the status on the build of the home and everything going on every step of the way. Jan Bledsoe was also very responsive with any questions we had at any time of the day (typically would get a response back same day).

Excellent communication! Phenomenal customer service and support! Liza was exceptional!! The teamwork between Liza and Jan showcased true professionalism!! Both ladies went above and beyond every time we visited, called, emailed and showed up, unannounced of course!! Etc…..

Likes: The Olson Team. Everyone has given us close attention, fast communication, and all very personable people. This includes subcontractors like Vintage Design and Bonanza Plumbing who have taken good care os us as well. Dislikes: Wish we could have made a few more design choices such as bathroom light fixtures and the number of ceiling lights (prefer less for a cleaner look).
